    Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Only recommended what was needed, which added value to the experience. Also , due to current conditions, Vernon was very flexible in scheduling to ensure there was minimal disruption to the already hectic family schedule.

    I highly recommend NEPI to insulate your home or business. Vernon is so knowledgeable and very professional. His company is easy to work with and really did a high quality job sealing up my 1900â s home. They went above and beyond my expectations.     I highly recommend New England Performance Insulation!!! Having no knowledge of or experience with foam insulation or the process, I really lucked out w NEPI! Vernon explained the process in a way that was easy to understand, which made me feel very confident in hiring them and in the choices we made with specifics to the job. The crew was amazing - on time, professional, so nice, hard working, and clean! Vernon went above and beyond to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and even came back to do some additional touch ups to make sure the job was 110% complete and to my satisfaction. And a huge shout out to Carol in the office; she is so sweet, helpful and professional. A great asset to the NEPI team! Not only do I highly recommend foam insulation for your home, but I highly, highly recommend hiring NEPI to do the job! Vernon is a super nice guy and he will make sure you are a super happy customer!!!
