Adrian was very courteous and efficient. He used UV light to pinpoint stain areas of the rug, treated those areas with stain and odor remover and then did a thorough steaming of the carpet. The rug looks practically new as the highly trafficked areas are looking as clean as the rest of the rug. My sister & brother-in-law only wish they could have him clean their carpet in their Cape Cod home. I will have him do the rug every year in order to give it longevity.

Customer service was excellent. Showed up 2 hours late and he called or texted me to keep me updated. Worker spoke minimal English but boss translated when needed. Worker did work hard and gets A for effort. Forgot an extension cord so was unable to do stairs properly which was very frustrating and unprofessional. Owner did take 50 off bill for all the issues and agreed to come back in the spring to redo the job at half the price but it was an urgent job for a critically ill woman so this was not helpful. Very frustrating experience but the job did get done to 75% satisfaction

"I am sorry that you feel that way, but you are not being fair. It was a major snowstorm the day before, I have said around 3 pm, we talked on the phone and I said that we got stuck in the snow and that is why we were late. The carpet was over 25 years old and last time was cleaned was a long, long time ago, it looks presentable, clean and disinfected for the way it was."

I would highly recommend this company. They did an incredible job on my carpet, sofa and love seat. Arrived on time and worked extremely hard the entire time he was at my home also he was very polite.

They never cleaned either sides of the stairs near the walls and they never cleaned the corners at each doorway. I would never use them again. I feel it was a waste of my money.

A team of 2 showed up and very very quick in getting the job done. While one was setting up the equipment, the other prepped the carpet (pre-treating). They were in and out within 30 min. worth the $$

I can't say enough good things. They were easy to get in touch with, provided an estimate (they kept to) right over the phone, showed up on time, and did a fantastic job! They even got the homemade slime my daughter and her friends got all over the carpet out! I will definitely hire them again.

Contacted me very quickly for an appointment. Very nice guy came to do the cleaning. Unfortunately he was about an hour late for the appointment. He did call however. He seemed very rushed doing the cleaning, maybe trying to make up time? The job reflected the haste. I think if he had more time he would have done a better job.

Adrian and Maria contacted me quickly, gave me an excellent quote, kept me informed on the day of the appointment. Adrian arrived on time and did a great job thoroughly cleaning the carpets. He even moved a couple of heavier furniture pieces at my request, to get to the carper underneath. Spectacular job.
