Professional, courteous and a great value for the price. I would hire them anytime for whatever related work I need to have done.
Scheduled a technician to come out and find the leak in our roof, so we could do a repair. 15 minutes before the scheduled arrival time, I got a call from the sales manager, explaining that they would need to send out a different technician, with special equipment in order to find the leak. There would be a $265 charge for this procedure that would be waived if I decided to have them do the job. This visit would need to be scheduled for the next week. He was not available now. I felt that this was a last-minute shenanigan, or a classic bait and switch. I ended up going with them, and they did a good job. Although the price was higher than their original estimate, by quite a bit. Their communication leaves a lot to be desired.
The job was completed in one day by knowledgeable , efficient and friendly crew. I am most pleased with the results.
JC and his crew have repaired my ceiling in one room, part of roofing and painted the whole house. He really has a very good team. His crew worked hard and did more than I expected. The quality is very good. The people working for the company are very nice and know what they do. Their price is very reasonable. I have compared with multiple estimates.

Spot-on quote. Gave me what I needed. Did the job in one day. Worked hard on a low-thirties temperature day. Cleaned up the site and gave me a quality roof three days before a major rainstorm. Not a drop inside.
Very nice people. Responded quickly and great in dealing with difficult tenants. Super kind in working hard to get us a good price - really, above and beyond. But then had a lot of pressure to pay before they finished the job (when we had paid all but $3000). Then, when the job is finished, (1) the skylights were not finished off inside the house (you could see the underlayment and shakes); (2) the guttering is not attached properly, (3) did not take away all the trash (remaining pieces of guttering), and (4) there are no handles to operate the skylights they installed. We've contacted them about five times to get them to fix these things; they came out once and mostly fixed the skylights; did not fix the guttering or take the trash away. I also sent them a video showing them what it looks like - and they still haven't done so. They are really nice, I think they must just be super busy, but I wish I was not still chasing them up 3 months later to fix the overflowing guttering that isn't properly attached. They were $3000 more than an alternate quote, would go with someone else next time.
Chris, I apologize for your dissatisfaction with our company and that you felt pressure to pay your outstanding bill with us. We tried multiple times to arrange the interior of your skylights to be finished, as an additional courtesy to you, but your tenants were not willing to work with us. The trash has all been removed from the property, and the guttering on the home was not part of our proposal, but another courtesy service we were helping you out with. I have ordered your skylight handles and, unfortunately, cannot control the fact that they were on backorder from the manufacturer, causing a delay in their availability with my supplier. We feel we went above and beyond for you from the beginning, from realizing that a portion of the original scope of work was unnecessary and issuing a credit in that amount, to reimbursing your tenants for a damaged computer that was damaged prior to us beginning our work. Customer service is always our number one priority and we are sorry you feel this way. Please don't hesitate to reach out to the office should you want to discuss anything further.
