Great work on our older home. Communication with the office about what was needed and scheduling was quick and responsive, and Dale explained the repair clearly, as well as how to get a replacement kitchen faucet through the manufacturer. He did an excellent job in both our kitchen and bath areas. Honest work and appropriate pricing. We will definitely contact them for future plumbing repairs and the upgrades that we are planning. It is a pleasure to highly recommend them.

I needed a faucet replaced and hired New England Service Co. to do the job. We scheduled a date and time but i honestly thought we would need to reschedule due to a snow storm. Dale the tech doing the work contacted me to inform me he would be at my home as scheduled and actually arrived a half hour early in a snow storm!! Had a leaky pipe under bathroom sink. Plumber arrived 30 minutes after talking to service rep (got lucky another job was canceled). Plumber gave me a very reasonable quote was up front about work being done. Did a nice job at a good price.
