Excellent prompt service and fair pricing. I an 85 year old woman who lives in an in-law apartment attached to my daughter’s house. Our water stopped working on Saturday and Scott had it repaired by Sunday morning. He was such a nice man. I really appreciate how quickly he had our water working again. Super nice guy also. I highly recommend this company.

I had a well drilled by New England pump over the late summer. This is the way a business is supposed to be, the old fashioned way. Service was excellent, Scott the owner took the time to explain every part of the operation. He was honest, easy to work with and his price was very competitive. It has been literally a joy to have him as my contractor. He has before during and after the job gone over and above all expectations. I am very picky as I do all work I can myself. This is the company you want to deal with. You are guaranteed to be pleased in every way. Just look at the reviews. You will get service, honesty and results. I only wish that every company I’ve dealt with would be like New England Well and Pump. I proudly put his sign on my front lawn and have boasted to everyone I know to use his services. A true old fashioned way to do business which is sadly almost gone now! Honest and trustworthy. I can’t say enough about Scott and the job he has done for me.

Excellent service. We lost water suddenly on a Saturday evening from our well. I called 3 businesses. Scott was only one to respond the same evening. Scott came the next morning, a SUNDAY, diagnosed and fixed the problem in under an hour. Luckily for us, it was not serious this time. Never tried to fix more than necessary, but warned us that our equipment may be nearing itâ s end. In that case, we will definitely hire him again when itâ s time to replace our equipment! (BTW, 1 company never responded, and 1 called that Sunday morning stating that he could come the next morning which would have meant another day without water! Professional, polite, and friendly. He explained and showed me everything. Extremely satisfied.

Scott came when said he would, replaced my pump then discovered that there was a problem with the valve inside the well and promptly fixed it. The water came back. I would definitely call again.

Excellent service. We discovered an underground leak in our water line. I called New England Well and Scott responded within 30 minutes. The next day he came for an assessment and the problem was fixed within two days. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this service.
