They did a beautiful job, especially in cleaning up and making sure that our yard looked nice when they left. ( I was expecting a hand rail on the steps and that hasn't happened yet, but I'.. try to contact them later on.) Symon was a tough worker and moved some railroad ties that needed moving......He was remarkable. Jenn was great to work with. I was happy for their help---it was an expensive task, but everything is now and we are all working at our best. Thank you. Pennie K

New area was awesome! They did an excellent job, but most important they kept me in the loop about the project on a daily basis! Best communication from a contractor I’ve ever had. If you need to see their work they have references!

Absolutely loved the concrete portion, they did an awesome job, finished in one day! Pricing much better than I assumed it would so that very much appreciated. Only flaw was we just had our sod installed not 2 weeks prior, water on and going from backyard to front yard has made some very big potholes in the back. It seems I may need a 4 wheel drive lawnmower. Also when cleaning up dumping out buckets of water and bits of concrete in my front yard was not fantastic as I now have bits and pieces of concrete all over. Don't get me wrong, concrete work, crew and Jenn all fantastic!

They are very friendly. They went a week before they came back and picked up their forming equipment and cleaned up their concrete splatters. They do very good work. I plan on using them again.

They were fabulous! We had a fairly small job needing a one 6 foot of concrete removed so we could find a leaky pipe buried several feet down. It turned out we needed another square removed. New Era Concrete came back out in a timely manner. They returned again later so replace the concrete after the pipe repair was done. Each time was a reasonable price. And the concrete looks amazing! I can not give them enough praise! Great company and people!

New Era did an excellent job removing and re-pouring parts of my driveway. They were friendly and professional. They did a great job at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend New Era Concrete, and will use them again in the future.

The concrete work was excellent,but they left an awful mess in my lawn next to it. I had to call them out to clean up the big patches of concrete in my lawn where they cleaned their tools. Also when they removed the forms on the lawn side, they just filled it in with roadbed, which is mostly small rocks. I could never have gotten grass to regrow in it. so that also had to be removed and replaced with good soil. On a positive note, they had a good crew and the whole job was completed in one day. The price was very fair, much less than I thought it would be. All said and done I am pleased overall, but I am not sure if I would ever use them again.

We were impressed with their friendliness and their work. They arrived on schedule and completed the work on a timely basis. Their advice on how to care for the concrete as it cures was very helpful. We would recommend them to others.

New Era Concrete is a family owned business, and I have to say ... they are the nicest, most polite, and incredibly hard working family! Wow! I was so impressed with them! They were quick to respond to our concrete needs - came to our house, gave us a bid for the work to be done (their pricing was competitive to other bids we received). They scheduled our job for two days, showed up on time, removed parts of our sinking driveway, prepped and poured concrete, and cleaned up/finished the job to our complete satisfaction. I highly recommend this family business and I will most definitely use them again if the need arises! Thank You Jen and Crew! You all are the best!! :)

So thankful for New Era Concrete, they helped us with a job that had needed to be done for a decade. They worked hard and made the work look easy. The concrete is smooth and has clean lines and looks amazing.
