Hired Armando to complete our bathroom renovation. He and his worker Eddie removed our old sink and toilet. Then they installed new flooring, quarter-round, new vanity/sink, medicine cabinet and toilet. Even installed a new exhaust fan that wasn't part of the original project. Professional, punctual, attention to detail. This is not the first time we had worked with Armando. Would definitely recommend him!

After a water leak from above, I needed extensive repair of a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Armando and his employee Eddie were amazing. They were always punctual, friendly, and efficient. They installed new dry wall, baseboards, vanity/sink, and lighting. The finished paint job looks amazing. They used high quality materials, and the results are better than the original. And his pricing was very competitive. I give this company my highest recommendation.

Simply the Best! After reading all of the positive reviews online, I decided to reach out to New Era to patch more than 70 holes in my very OLD (but recently purchased) home in Leonia NJ following knob and tube remediation. Armando was able to survey the work within a day or two following my call. The pricing was very competitive, and he was available to complete the job fairly quickly. Despite the hot temps inside of the house (again, it is an old home, and we had not installed ac yet) Armando and his associate, Eddy, plowed through and completed the job in less than 2 days. They cleaned the work area and removed trash at the end of each day. While onsite, they were very courteous and professional. We were so impressed by their work that we called them back to reinforce 2 sets of stairs that squeaked at the slightest touch (or glance!). This job was also completed fairly quickly and now we can walk up/down the stairs without feeling as though we are disturbing the entire neighborhood. So, after job 2 we thought, why not?? We called them back again to install a dryer vent. And once again, it was done quickly and seamlessly. If you can not tell by now, New Era General Construction is our go-to contractor of choice. Armando and Eddy are the absolute best (in work product, cost, time, expediency, professionalism and courteousness).

Armando gave me a price and I thought it was a fair market price and hired Armando and his team.I had all of my walls and ceilings sanded, painted and added crown molding. I cannot say enough good things about Armando, Caesar and Eddie. They were prompt, professional, and have an amazing attention to detail. Hope this review helps anyone who needs work in their home. We called this company to repair ceiling damage caused by rain to our plaster ceiling. They recommended replacement with Sheetrock, painting and crown molding. We couldn’t be happier with the results. They were prompt, very reasonably priced and professional, completing the job to a very high standard in the time promised.

Armando Salguero introduced himself and told me a little about his company and how long he has been in business. I was eager to get the job done before the holiday and Armando agreed to meet me the following day for a quote. His quote was very reasonable and budget friendly. Working with contractors can be very stressful, especially if this is your first time hiring one. I asked questions about different scenarios and Armando was very helpful explaining the process.
