Heat Pump - Install or Replace
Installed a split AC/Heat pump unit for us. Very quick and very professional outfit. Great communication at all stages of the process. Very thorough final check of the system, and instruction on use. Will definitely use again if we need another install.

Our Furnace got fried from an electrical surge. We called two other companies before New Era and were told we would have to wait at least 2 months. We found New Era on Angi and were very impressed with their professionalism and punctuality. They explained the problem and possible solutions. They started the next day and have been on time each day. The workers have been very nice and courteous. They even lent us space heaters till they were finished.

Gas Furnace / Forced Air Heating System - Repair
New Era Plumbing scheduled the work right away. The workers were on time, and were very pleasant and professional. After diagnosing the problem, I liked that they explained the problem to me and what was needed to be done. I would recommend them.
