Sierra called me with an earlier appointment. Jamie, there tech came prepared to workout my plumbing concern. A hour and a half later Jamie had my clogged Toilet unclogged. I would recommend New Era Plumbing to anyone in need of a Good Plumbing Company.

Called New Era to replace PRV. They came in and quoted over $200 less that the company that cam our prior for the same work. Fast service. Very responsive to questions.

Bobby undertook a job that some other plumbers didn't want to touch, as it involved digging up a lot of concrete. He removed a toilet and shower drain in my basement that was originally intended to be another bathroom, and replaced the original cast iron piping on the sewer line with PVC. He came with a team of concrete workers and got the job done in one day. Bobby seems to be a highly competent master plumber and I do recommend him.

I had an outdoor pipe leak. New Era came out same day, diagnosed and repaired the pipe. Very professional and reasonably priced.

The company was very responsive to my call after contacting several similar plumbing companies. The technician was on time and immediately addressed the issue and resolved the drainage problem. My family and I were satisfied with the results.

Quick service for an emergency job. We could not have asked for more with regards to ability to resolve quickly and economically.

They were 3 hours late, and did not fix the problem.

They came out on the same day, however I thought the price was high for the job they did which was unclogging a toilet and repairing a urinal .

Jamie was fantastic, spent whole day here until til pro lemme was fixed.

I was told that they would arrive between 10 -11 am, but they arrived around 12 pm. There appears to be a discrepancy with Home Advisor and their system. Anyway, when the technician arrived, he was very friendly, helpful, and thorough. He completed the job quickly and even quoted me for another job. I'll use this company again.

This was a simple faucet repair. Within a month it started leaking again. Have called four times with no response. Cannot get in contact with the owner directly as the company uses an answering service. Very poor customer service and quality.
