My property management company has been working with New Era Pool Services for about a year now and highly recommend their services. Corey (owner of the company) is great to work with. He responds promptly and is always honest and efficient about anything and everything he does for us. He often goes above and beyond to assist us and makes sure that our pools are well maintained. Not only does he take care of pools, but he also repairs pool equipment when necessary. Anytime he runs into an issue, he communicates with us and suggests different solutions for us to choose from. We have referred several different companies to use New Era Pool Services and they have all been very satisfied with his work.
