Good people to work with and tried to get what I wanted done. What I was hoping to have done was not what I received, but they explained the problems that they encountered and installed what turned out to be the best option. I am satisfied with my new window and would recommend them. The installation went smoothly and everything looks great.

In over 40 years of home ownership this was by far the worst experience I have had. Their communication was abysmal. When we withheld final payment until after a satisfactory city inspection as specified in their contract they placed a Mechanic�s Lien on the property. Then the first city inspection failed because the manufacturer�s installation specifications were not followed. They continued to place harassing phone calls even after we received notice of �Full & Final� payment in the mail.
