Great work!

New Floors was easy to work with, diligent and efficient.

Material quality is nice, and selection process was easy. Initial selection was out of stock which would be fine but we only found out when we called 1 week in advance as a check-in. They were very helpful in finding an alternative that was available to keep our project schedule. Floor installation did not solve our uneven, soft floor despite promises ahead of time to do so.

My floors are amazing and charged what we agreed and really helpful. And, got the job done before the promised date... super happy! Thank you.

My experience was great from start to finish, I am happy with the guarantee, the installation, and most all of the constant communication. Max, the installer, answered all questions, gave helpful information. Aaron checked in thru-out during installation to assure I was happy and my needs had been met. Finally, the floors are beautiful!

Excellent customer service, very helpful and knowledgeable. Great product and above and beyond to make sure we have what we needed. On time always and respectful of us and each other. I would recommend this company.

This company is all about the sale and will do whatever they need to get their money! When on the fence about whether we should move forward with the floors, the Sales Agent Ryan, said our 3-story Townhome would be an easy 3-day job to get us to sign because he knew we likely would not move forward with the work on a lengthier timeline since we had friends coming to town the following weekend. Aaron, the owner then tried to push the project start date by a day, because he assured us we would be able to get it done in 2-days. We declined to start later. The job was ultimately completed in 5-work days, 7-total days. We had to constantly refer to the contract to get the installer to do the bare minimum, including caulking of the baseboards, touching up cracks in the floors, etc. We were accommodating through multiple delays, did not ask for any repairs or compensation for our refrigerator that was dented by the installer and constantly project managed the installer to get the job done including finding our own molding to finish the project with square molding as opposed to round, because NuFloors (New Floors) does not give you options, they just want to get the job done with whatever materials they have on hand. We were lied to about the durability of the floors which were scratched by the installers hammer, even though we paid for the floors that were supposed to be **Guaranteed scratch resistant** There are still inconsistencies in the floor and areas that are not flush. The installer noted floors are actually supposed to stay on-site for 3-days just to get acclimated to the home before installing in order to be totally consistent. This would have been nice to know before the sales guy had us sign as well. At the end of the job, Aaron wanted his installer to stay and push us to sign our invoice before leaving. We wanted to have a discussion with Aaron about pricing concessions because of all the extra time it took and all the additional work and follow-up we had to do to make the job look decent. ^^**This is when the owner, Aaron, really showed his true colors and called us **pathetic** for being all about money. He even went as far as to tell us that he would not give us a price concession at all AND that he would just respond to any bad review and put the blame on us for being the ones who are unreasonable and just trying to get a discount.** -Aaron pulled out all the stops to keep from offering concessions for their lackluster work, including trying to guilt us for having to move other jobs around even though he and the initial Sales Rep, Ryan told us they did not have other jobs, which is why it would be an easy 2-3 days depending on who we were chatting with. - I expect to see his commentary inline below soon. Overall, I have to say the product itself is fine. There are a lot of places where there are significant gaps between the floor and baseboards, and places where the floors do not truly line up, but it looks good if you do not look too hard. **If you are someone who really likes a finished job to look good and not have to worry about project managing every step of the way to get the bare minimum completed per the contract, however, NuFloors is definitely not for you.**

They were on time and did a great job

They indicated there was much prep needed before laying the floor. Which they did. However, there are still many pockets where the floor is not level. My furniture was not covered which resulted in residue over everything. It took several hours to clean. Not enough material was ordered so they needed to come back on Monday to complete it. And again on Tuesday as there were nails protruding from the trim.

Superb!! I am extremely happy with the work Sam and his team performed. They installed 1200 sq. feet of luxury vinyl floors. The floors look amazing. They were professional, honest, and a hardworking team. The crew always on time and did a great work. They were also much less than the other two estimates I received. I HIGHLY recommend New Floors USA to anyone who needs flooring services.

New Floors USA crew came and started on the floors right away. I was very impressed with their level of professionalism and work ethic. These guys are very efficient, they finished the job in 2 days. I would use them again and have already recommended them to someone.

New Floors USA was able to find and install a particular brand of vinyl flooring that we found and fell in love with. The customer service is outstanding and they were very accommodating. Love my new floors! Tom and his team did an excellent job. Very reasonable priced, too. I recommend this company for any type of floors project.

I am so happy every time I step into my new wood floors. It turned out better than I had even imagined. Steve, project manager for New Floors USA, was professional and honest. There were some difficulties in my project and I was willing to pay more if need be but he kept the project under budget. I would definitely use them again.
