The technician was prompt, polite, very efficient and did a fabulous job! I will definitely use them again when I need a plumber. He did the work for so much less than another company who guesstimated what was needed and gave me a quote that involved work that did not turn out to need to be done. Always good to get a few quotes. :)

Fantastic experience. They immediately called me back and scheduled an appointment within 3 hours. The technician sent a text when he was on his way and arrived promptly. He quickly and professionally diagnosed our problem. He gave us a quote, which was very reasonable, and fixed the problem. I would not hesitate to use New Flow in the future. I would highly recommend them.

I love this company! They are fast, courteous, reasonably priced, and very skilled. They did a sink, faucet, and pipe replace in my bathroom. It did not take that long, and again the price was very good. They cleaned everything up. You didnâ t even know they were there. The technician explained what he did and showed me how to remove the pipes in case of a clog. I would hire them again, and I recommend them.!

Friendly, efficient and explained everything. Jeff was very helpful and arrived within an hour of calling. Job was done in about 2 hours (including time spent to go buy the toilet from store). Would highly recommend.

I found this business on Angi. They were able to schedule appt and send a plumber the same day I called them. Vito was on time, courteous, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Explained what he was doing, why I was having problem with my garbage disposal, and what would help to make it work right. I will be calling New Flow back to schedule additional service.
