Excellent service from start to finish! I had an emergency when a backyard valve failed and water was pouring out. He responded immediately, came out quickly, replaced the valve, and even gave me a discount. What really impressed me was the follow-up service. I later became concerned about my home's water pressure and asked if he could come back to check it. He came out free of charge, thoroughly checked everything, and took the time to explain what he found. Meanwhile, the plumber recommended by my home builder wanted to charge me $100 just to come out and inspect it. It's hard to find someone who is not only skilled but also honest and genuinely cares about helping their customers. Since I rely on Google reviews when choosing service providers, I wanted to share my experience to help others. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional, and responsive plumber.

I received quotes of $1,500 to $1,700 from several large local plumbing companies in the Roseville California area to repair a leaking toilet and they wanted to sell me an entire toilet. Vito from New Flow subsequently permanently fixed the problem for a total cost of $189 in less then a half hour.. I used them about a year ago on a major sewer problem where Vito did an excellent job. I will now only call New Flow for my plumbing needs. I highly recommend this firm.

The technician quickly installed two new hose bibbs and corrected the soldered in connections so they could be easily changed later. It was easy to work with the company and I'd use them again.

We called New Flow plumbing to fix a water leak in our commercial building. We are in an old building, and we had water coming out of one of the walls. Because it was a significant leak, they prioritized us, and were at our office within 30 minutes which saved our carpet, walls, electronics... etc. They quickly identified the issue, and fixed it on the spot. I can't explain how great it is to be able to call a company, talk to a REAL person who jumps into solutions mode and fixes your problem. We have called them a number of times since, and the service we have received has been exceptional every single time. We have also had them install and repair toilets, new drainage in the bathrooms, install a new dishwasher in the kitchen. The services was so great, that we have also had them do a number of fixes at our house. They have fixed leaky pipes and shower faucets, as well as install a new water heater. We will be calling these guys for all of our plumbing needs from now on.

Wish I can place a ZERO Stars Review. Long story short. I had Art come out early last year to install a Sump Pump, they used a small thin hose to attach and run a pipe to the outside of my backyard to remove water build up under the home in Granite Bay. This pipe cracked in two places and This company is not taking any responsibility for the poor workmanship they did. Never gave me a receipt as well and when I ask for it they state a paper copy was given to me but don't have anything on file to provide to me. The leak they caused blasted water on the walls and created black mold in my beautiful basement, its in the floors, the walls, going up the stairs. All they can tell me is the part they used has a one-year warranty. Their employees are also rude and implied I cut my own pipe in the basement. Be weary of dealing with them. Terrible service, rude employee Art and his brother Arman who I think is the owner. Don't want to take responsibility for all the damage to my home.

New Flow Plumbing replaced my water heater and brought it up to code. They were very professional and did great work. I would definitely hire them again. Their price was also more reasonable than what the bigger plumbing companies wanted to charge.

Job was done efficiently and correctly. I enjoyed the plumber very much as he explained everything, was very conscientious and thorough. The water heater suddenly went out after 20 years (not bad). He was able to replace it on a Sunday afternoon and arrived in 35 minutes after my first contact with him.
