Drywall Repair
Juan cancelled the first day, but did show up the next. He fixed nail pops in the ceiling, but did not match the "knock down" texture of the ceiling and as it dried the ceiling dented in where the nail heads are and the ceiling looked lumpy, not professional. Juan is very nice with a low price, but I would rather pay more and get a good finished product. Clearly he does not know how to create a "knock down" or "orange peel" textured wall or ceiling.

The look of my new front and back yard changed my attitude! We didn't have alot of money to spend on spectacular landscaping, but considering we could afford, our YARDS LOOK like we spent thousands! IT IS SPECTACULAR!

Sod Installation
I hired him on July 14th and he supposed to start working on my yard on the 25th of July but did not show up..he showed up the next day but all he did was dig some hole on the ground for the fence post and then he stop showing up again. There were times that I would call him up and ask why he did not show up and what was going on and offered him if he needed some money or if he wanted me to buy the materials just to get the job going, eventually he finished the job last Thursday the 10th of August. I had my fence done, sod installed, and brick patio. I do not like on what he did with my fence, the nails are sticking out and dangerous to kids.
