I had my bathroom renovation done by New Generation painting. It was planned to be within 3 weeks and I am still trying to fix leaks, scam-level wood installations, lopsided tubs, shifting floors, cracking tiles, and electricity that will not turn on for 8 seconds after you flip the switch. The list goes on and on. I am currently escalating to legal matters to get my deposit back, I have hired a lawyer. Watch out for this contractor as he is not a person of their word, and is pretty much a complete amateur. Also does not use licensed people that come to do their work. I have endless documentation, images, videos, everything about it. Also, the owner, William, is completely unresponsive and dodges any and all calls possible to avoid the situation rather than work with us to fix it. We have currently ripped out all the tiles to re-do the subfloor and tiles while fixing the leak with a different contractor.
