New Generation Roofing

Jesus (Jesse) came over and did the estimate and explained that the job that I was trying to do was not going to last which it was only acrylic painting, explained me they wanted to scrape it all off and use wire brush where need it for prepping the roof. The next day jesus and Jorge came to my house at 8 30 prompt looked over my roof and went over with me with the work that needed to be done. I decided to go with the silicone a little more expensive but def worth it. They came the next day on a sunday and 90% of their day was used to scrape the roof they did a thorough job, overly exceptional job before they even applied the sealant. Jessie was one of the sweetest must kind of people I ever met , I am extremely happy with their job not only their warranty work but they like come to check on their work every year or 2 which I think is beyond than any other company does.

Submitted my roofing/deck project on a Monday morning. Was contacted by Jesus (the owner) almost immediately after. Met with him that afternoon to go over my needs and was provided a detailed estimate that night. He and his crew of 2 roofers started and finished the project the following Thursday. Throughout the process his communication was excellent, going over each step and coming up with the best possible solution. I feel secure in that the project came with a long-term warranty. I was initially impressed with his eagerness, confidence and competitive pricing. Would definitely hire again for future roofing needs!

Jesus (Jesse) and his crew are amazing. When I requested quotes for my roof-replacement project, he responded immediately. He came over to my house the very next day and gave me an extremely fair estimate. I hired him on the spot. The next day, he and his crew began working. They gave me constant updates on the project, the progress they'd made, and the remaining steps they needed to complete. During the process of removing my old roof, they discovered that there were actually four roof layers up there, meaning that the removal task was going to be much more complex, difficult, and time consuming than planned. Jesse told me immediately what was involved, explained that there would necessarily be an extra cost, and quoted me a very fair price for the additional labor. On the next day, when the weather turned, unexpectedly, and ran began falling, Jesse and the crew quickly covered the in-progress roof with tarps, then waited out the storm -- staying at my house after 8 PM -- and then resumed working for as long as there was still light in the sky. That's devotion! Throughout the project, Jesse and his crew were consummate professionals. They worked carefully, without rushing and without cutting corners. They were friendly, hard-working, and devoted. And while New Generation Roofing is a new company, all of its members (and its owner, Jesse) have been in the roofing business for years. It's clear that Jesse and his crew are working to make a name for their new enterprise and go out of their way in terms of customer service, quality, and fair pricing. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Jesús, and New Generation construction was excellent from start to finish. He and his team repaired facia and water damaged wood on my back roof and then put gutters up in a timely fashion even working around other construction crews I was having a slab installed as well! I would recommend New Generation Co I am satisfied with New Generations work and look forward to working with them on possible future projects!
