The repairs to correct a small leak in the roof of my home appear to be satisfactory. The person I spoke with to arrange the job, named Charley, is very polite and did his job well. The price quote for the job was a definite problem, however. I was given a written estimate of $500 with a discount of $50 if paid in cash. After the work was completed the owner told me he had "made a mistake" and the price was $600. When questioned about "what mistake?" no answer was given! I reluctantly paid the additional $100 telling him that what I was unhappy with this so called "mistake". This problem with the price quote will prevent me from ever doing business with MZ Construction again.

We were told it was a resealing issue and that my skylights needed cleaned. Upon him leaving after finishing the project I still had the exact same issue with them looking dirty. It was not a dirt issue at all, it was condensation that should have been taken care of. I am now out of money and still stuck with the same problem.

We had a leak in our sky light. He explained exactly what he would do to fix it. He was very thorough and very neat. He did an excellent job, and I will definitely recommend him.
