They lied they gave us false information, they did not return to complete the job the way they said they would. they are not honest.

Didn't get what I paid for, severely damaged my lawn. Dumped dirt in the wetlands.

We can not recommend this company. They may offer a lower price, but it is not worth it. They cut our cable, cut a pipe to our irrigation system, did a poor job of interfacing with the cement apron to our garage, and a terrible job at the junction with the road. The edge of our driveway now extends out about a foot beyond our property and lays an inch or more higher than the surface of the road. A snow plow would hit it and damage the driveway and the plow. Now we have to pay someone else to fix it. We see many recent reviews describing an experience very similar to ours. The reviews seem much worse in the last two months. We have called multiple times asking them to correct these problems. Initially they acted as if they actually cared, said they just wanted us to be happy, and assured us it would get fixed. But then nothing happened. Now when we call, we receive the message that access has been blocked. If they are even still in business, we recommend looking elsewhere.

I liked the vision that this paver had and he put the asphalt down expertly. It drains perfectly but he did not finish the driveway with the road. It is not joined with tar and I can tell that the plows are going to rip it up in the winter. I called several times about it but they never got back to me. I was hoping that they would correct this before I posted this, but I called them today and their number has calling restrictions which prevent me from completing the call.

This company does not have good business skills at all, the communication is horrid. They do not respond to calls. So if you have any questions about the job or status on the job, no one responds. I did get a response once at the beginning. I appreciate that this type of business is continuously pursuing the next job, but disappearing completely before finishing the job is totally unacceptable. The business owner or project lead should be onsite to make sure everything is completed, cleared and clean. Leaving a job and its surrounding area, in my case, the street a complete mess is what people see and remember. Their reputation and workmanship mean nothing. I have been calling them almost daily for 2 weeks and there has been no response, to the point now where they have blocked my number. The initial pavement around the foundation of the house looked good. The driveway was also done and that looked good. The walkway also looked good. But in the process of installing the walkway, they made a mess of the lower portion of the driveway. There were marks on the driveway from them running over it with heavy equipment. They didn't blend the seams from the walkway to the driveway and the small patch at either end of the driveway to curve into the street. After further inspection of the driveway that is now only a few weeks old, I can also see pebbles are starting to surface, there are weird seams and imperfections throughout the driveway. To make matters worse, they spilled diesel fuel and asphalt all over the street, the street was left in such bad shape that my neighbors called the city and Health Department. The city did come out, sanded, treated and swept the street. They said that only time, weather and wear and tear would clean up the rest of the debris left on the road. I only ask that they return my calls and come back and finish what they started. Look at the driveway and the damage to my front lawn, clean up, sod and seed the lawn that they damaged and possibly put a top coat on the driveway.

This project was a bit of a mixed bag. They were adding a couple of inches on top of an existing driveway. The reviews at the time I selected them were pretty good, seemed to have gone down in the last couple of months. Got a few quotes and they were the lowest, said they were in the area, and could knock off some money. Dont know if that was true or not, but took it at face value. Was heading out of town, so wrote them a a check to some individual, not the business, hmm. Was not happy with the amount of garbage they left behind, butts, packaging, etc. They created a depression outside the garage doors, causing puddles when it rains. In the winter it will be icy. Contacted them several times to come out and look at the depression and fix it. Several promises were made to come out and look at it, but they never came through. Eventually had to give up on them ever coming back. Asphalt remains very soft, easy to leave impressions and rip it up. I know you have to baby new asphalt for a bit, but this seems excessive. Most of the project was done okay, but some of their business practices are questionable and their customer service needs a lot of work.

The workers left all their garbage on the front lawn. It took 10 emails and a phone call for them to come and seal driveway.we were quoted $500.00 and when they finally came they were going to charge us $1400.00, triple the price we were quoted. They were supposed look at the asphalt area where the asphalt was lifting. We were told the sealing would take care of it, but we were not going to pay triple. I would never go with this company again. They ignored my emails and phone calls. And when they finally responded to my emails they kept saying someone would come and it took almost 2 months. I still have not heard from them. Terrible customer service!

Do not waste your time and money with this company. They are not experienced enough and the quality of work is below standard.

NOT RECOMMENDED. Sourced this company as a Trusted Partner to install a parking pad. New Hampshire Asphalt came in with a reasonable price and their reviews looked OK. Unfortunately, their performance was well below expectations. MAJOR ERRORS: NO DIG SAFE. Poured the parking pad ONE FOOT NARROWER than promised. BURIED TWO SPRINKLER HEADS under the asphalt. Used combination of base and finish coat as final coat NO TOP COAT as promised - looks awful. I spoke to the owner BEFORE INSTALLATION and requested a contract for review and signature, as well a copy of their insurance bond. NO PAPERWORK PROVIDED. NH Asphalt proceeded without signed contract and without an appointment. It took 2 HOURS TO INSTALL THE 400 SQFT PAD, leaving me to believe that site prep might not have been complete. On the plus side, the pad was well contoured to the land and the joins to my existing driveway are straight. Thats why this is not an F. Called New Hampshire Asphalt the first business day after the install to review the work and they have not yet responded.

Pleased with the overall paving ...only issue is when turning in The driveway not cured enough and it's picking up the asphalt And making marks so need to keep on stomping on those areas.

They did a great job on my driveway, however they dug up part of my yard and hit the corner of my garage which did a good amount of damage. They also buried a drain pipe at the end of the driveway which caused flooding to my neighbors driveway again they said they would come by and fix the issue, I was told by the owner that they stand by their work and would take care of the issues. I made multiple phone calls to them and each time they said they would send someone over to take care of the issues. They never called or came by to fix any of the issues they caused. Do not believe a word this company tells you because they do not stand by the work they do.

Lots of standing around. Had to clean up after them, plastic drink containers left everywhere. Had to scrape all the droppings left on my existing driveway. They were going to return the following day but were a no show no call

I hired Sam to dig up my driveway, lay 3-4 inches of gravel and repave it, they laid asphalt on dirt, not gravel, weeds are growing up in the middle of the driveway, I called and they said they will come out and repave it at no charge, I went out of country for awhile and I came back still no new driveway, I called out to Sam and it looks like they blocked my number, this has been going on since April

Exceptional experience. Met with them and got a no nonsense price as we were both hoping to move quickly. They were able to do my Multi Family parking lot the next day. When I saw the work I was impressed with the job they did, but felt we had agreed on approximately 4 ft wider. I mentioned this to them and could see we had some miscommunication. The next day I contacted them to find out how much more they would want for the additional 4ft. Unbeknownst to me they had already been out and added the 4 ft in question. Even knowing they knew I was prepared to pay more they said we were even they just wanted me to be happy. I don't feel many companies conduct themselves this way anymore. I feel I got a great value for my money and would highly recommend. Thanks

I hired them to do my driveway and it was the best thing I could of done !! They were just wonderful and did such an amazing job . They gave me a great price ! My old, beat up, 2 car driveway was transformed into a new 4 car driveway. Looks great. Very professional at the work site. The communication skills of the office personnel need a bit of work but overall a good experience. I'll call them again for maintenance.

Arrived for the estimate on time and since they were in the area doing another job, they were able to complete my job same day. They were efficient with their time and detailed in their work and the clean up after. I would recommend them for your driveway needs.

They came to my Home on a Wednesday night, gace me a very fair quote compared to tge other 4 quotes i had received. Said they could start the next morning at 8AM. And to there word they were there even a bit early. Not o ly did they perform everything they said tge would, tgere was also a big pothole in our street which they filled not being asked! Would definitely recomend this company. Very very satisfied!!!!!!
