Since then we have expanded in the local area, New Handcrafters specializes in remodeling properties with patios, walkways, walls, new lawns, or just a plant or two. Doing an interior project? We have experience in floor tile, drywall, textured ceilings, drop ceilings, and light carpentry. We give great ideas! excellent and great quality of work. When it came to estimate the price he quoted was the same price he charged. Please person to deal with, very clean, and does great work. Bathroom remodeling, full tile from wall to floor and all around built in shower. Will do business in the future.

Very professional and courteous. A fast response to my inquiry and a thoughtful follow-up call. The service was detailed, but not intrusive. Steve W was great. Very professional, prompt, and leant his expertise when we needed it. He suggested a diagonal tile arrangement, and we love it. He laid down a tile heating mat, which he had never done before but learned how to do for our job. He also took the time to check with us on grout color (and exchanged the original for a different color). We are very pleased and highly recommend Steve W for tile work.

Steve recently tiled our kitchen floor, removed some partial walls and did drywall and ceiling repair. We couldn't be happier with the results. His estimate for both time and cost was right on. He even went through the trouble of explaining some of the potential issues that could end up costing us more. Luckily, we didn't encounter any, but had we, at least we were prepared. There were no surprises. We're hiring him again the spring for some landscaping work.

Steve's a very friendly, personable guy whom did a GREAT job tiling my kitchen floor. He seems to really care about and enjoy what he does. He completed the job in the time frame he said he would and I was pleasantly surprised when I got the bill. I expected it would be more. Would definitely (and may be in the near future) hire him for more work.

We honestly did not expect to pay the ending price but Steve was honest and straight forward with the costing. Costing in the end was very fair. Great job guys.... Steve and Dave showed up when they said they would and completed the contracted work in a timely manner with attention to detail. They made everything right weather they discovered problems or if concerns were pointed out. In addition 4 other people were brought in to work at different times during the project and all were professional, courteous and considerate. I would highly recommend New Hand Crafters to anyone who asked. I will also hire Steve and crew on future work myself. Thanks for a great job.
