i did not care for the salesman and the cost was double what was quoted

Contractor replaced the roof but took advantage of us on pricing. They promise a lot verbally but don't deliver. They tore the old shingles off and then we had to haggle in terms of thousands of dollars to complete the job while using our credit card to buy materials and then charging us a surcharge. The do every legal but they are not trustworthy Would recommend someone else unless you have a very simple job with a firm price.

Adam A came on Saturday to quote the job for a replacement of roofs on house and storage shed Saturday Feb. 21, 2026 and due to them having a crew in town the next day, they started on Sunday the next day! Crews showed up to remove old roof then found bad/weak boards so they spent rest of the day replacing all of those. On Monday they came and did all of the shingles and Ridge row and completed the roof on the house! On Tuesday morning. One person came back and did the roof on the storage shed. Everyone was professional polite, and worked well and the roofs look wonderfu! We are very happy with the job that Newhaus Roofing & Construction Inc did and the communication and experience that we had witht hem! They did a great job getting me a good deal and were honest. I got up on the roof with them to make sure what was being relayed to me was accurate and they were very true to their words. Price was good and so was the quality of the work.

I had 3 projects that were needed for my property. A new roof, mold remediation and reconstruction, and fencing. I took the offer from NewHaus Construction for this entire process. They were a one-stop shop for me, which made it easy, no juggling different contractors. My project manager, Kahlid, was awesome. He listened to the story, and reassured me it could be done and not cost me a bazillion dollars. First part was the roof. He showed me great materials, Owens Corning shingles and it's a 50-year roof! They had to completely redo the entire roof, including decking due to rot and they even found the financing for me. They are doing the rebuild now on the inside and even working on accessibility since I'm in a wheelchair. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NewHaus and Kahlid to do any construction work, they're reliable and very good to work with.

Biggest con artists. They sold me a class 4 roof and installed a stage 3. Only found out after calling Owen Corning corporation to validate my warranty. They didn?t keep their word on repairs quoted and messed up my a/c by completely covering it with no ventilation with tarps. I paid that repair out of pocket. The owner Mike has been avoiding me and his sales people are liars. If this ain?t enough to keep u away then I don?t know what else to tell you.

The job was a bit complicated and they did a pretty good job. The project manager was very intent to please, but time wise it was a small Desaster. Promises were not kept and it ended up taking almost a week longer than intended. Precautions were not taken to protect property from unexpected rain. In the end it turned out okay and I received a discount for the trouble. I didn’t come away unhappy!

I contacted this company for a minor roof repair. Instead, I was met with high-pressure sales tactics that escalated into a push for a full roof replacement. The office staff told me I needed a new roof simply because my home was 28 years old. The salesperson claimed my $8,000 repair contract would have no warranty unless I upgraded. Feeling pressured and with limited options, I reluctantly agreed. The crew reused old tiles, lacked carpentry skills, and took long breaks. Workmanship was subpar, and my concerns were dismissed. As a senior, I feel misled, overcharged, and financially devastated. This experience wiped out my savings, and I believe the company took advantage of my trust. I cannot recommend them and urge others to exercise extreme caution when dealing with this business.

Woke up to water leaking from every corner in the house, I called Newhaus and they came within the hour and immediately took action. From then i knew i was in good hands. Every day they would give me updates on the schedule and the next steps. Enjoyed working with them and will hire them again in the future.
