I called New Haus out to give me an estimate on my leaking mobile home roof. Giovanni showed up on time and explained everything to me step-by-step for the overlay process that they were going to do . the crew worked efficient and got the roof done in three days. I’m very pleased with the service provided.

We deeply regret choosing Newhaus Roofing for our roofing project. After completion, we consulted with a professional engineer with more than 45 years of experience in residential construction and rehabilitation. Based on his review, he estimated that we were overcharged by approx $20,000 compared to reasonable industry pricing for the scope of work performed. In addition, several concerns arose during and after installation: ? Interior Damage / Carelessness: We discovered multiple small nail penetrations extending from the attic area into interior portions of our home. We found numerous roofing nails left throughout the yard despite the company being aware that we have dogs. And we found chipping around and under the perimeter of our roof specifically where beams stretch out the most beyond the walls of our home. ? After about a year of estimates and shopping around for a contractor to do my roof, I chose New Haus at the end of the day , and I couldn’t be happier with my decision they did an amazing job demolishing my roof, and installing a brand new asphalt shingle roof. NewHaus did an amazing job on my re roof , I had multiple estimates initially but Giovanni was very clear, broke everything down and made it easy. Robert the project manager was very clear and gave me updates from the city and before the crew arrived every single time I am very happy with the results of the roof and will be recommending them in the future.

I hired NewHaus Construction to repair approximately 280 sqft of my roof. I had a leak dripping in my bathroom and Chris from NewHaus came by and quickly came up with a plan to fix the problem. His crew were professional and courteous and completed the demolition and repair in about 2 days. I am very happy with NewHuas and would use them again.
