marcus was terrible , increase price by 60% due to damage wood, said he would be on site everyday, only came to pick up checks. one day it was raining and i had to call him and he said well its not raining in San Jose. The actual work was well done and crew cleaning up well after each job.

My wife and I realized we needed to replace a portion of our roof , a spanish tile. We contacted NewHaus roofing and construction company and were warmly greeted by Joseph one of their representatives. He helped us negotiate a great price along with the advice from his supervisor Gregory. We chose a beautiful terra cotta replacement and the work was diligently completed in two days thanks to the craftsmanship of Pedro and his crew. We are thankful for Joseph who was with us through our project from start to finish. We would recommend this company to anyone considering a roof replacement.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of the salesman. He reviewed all aspects of the job in detail and took time to answer all my questions. He was onsite on a regular basis to check on the the job and keep me informed as we worked through the various phases of the job. The crew that did the work were attentive to the job. They arrived on time, and worked efficiently through the day. They cleaned up the work area daily at the end of the day. All trash was removed at the end of each work day.

The job was a bit complicated and they did a pretty good job. The project manager was very intent to please, but time wise it was a small Desaster. Promises were not kept and it ended up taking almost a week longer than intended. Precautions were not taken to protect property from unexpected rain. In the end it turned out okay and I received a discount for the trouble. I didn’t come away unhappy!

I contacted this company for a minor roof repair. Instead, I was met with high-pressure sales tactics that escalated into a push for a full roof replacement. The office staff told me I needed a new roof simply because my home was 28 years old. The salesperson claimed my $8,000 repair contract would have no warranty unless I upgraded. Feeling pressured and with limited options, I reluctantly agreed. The crew reused old tiles, lacked carpentry skills, and took long breaks. Workmanship was subpar, and my concerns were dismissed. As a senior, I feel misled, overcharged, and financially devastated. This experience wiped out my savings, and I believe the company took advantage of my trust. I cannot recommend them and urge others to exercise extreme caution when dealing with this business.

Woke up to water leaking from every corner in the house, I called Newhaus and they came within the hour and immediately took action. From then i knew i was in good hands. Every day they would give me updates on the schedule and the next steps. Enjoyed working with them and will hire them again in the future.
