Lawn mowing was great, some of the other projects were as well. But others were just so-so. Tilling up garden, for example. They did it but not thoroughly. I still had to spend time digging and removing large clumps of vegetation.

They were supposed to put netting over my pond which has not been done; however, the guy did send me a message saying the netting had come in a month ago. Today is 09/08/2020, and I still have no netting for my pond. I wish you could have seen the mess they were going to leave me with saying my pond was completed until I complained...they did come back another day and fix it the way I wanted it done. For what I paid them, I would have thought I would have gotten much better than I did. I paid for the netting... I sure would like to have it.

It's easy to work with them because they use email, text, etc. to communicate with the customer. Invoices can be paid by credit card monthly. Their lawn mowing service is excellent.

They came on time, removed the shrubs, and created new flower beds. I was very satisfied with their work.

I had New Hope deliver Rip Rap to my home. Clay delivered on time and even called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Upon arrival, Clay assessed the work area and made the extra effort to unload the Rip Rap in a place as to make my work easier - and easier is better when working with 4 tons of Rip Rap! Clay also made several good suggestions on how to best distribute the Rip Rap to ease the work required to distribute on the hillside. Initially, I estimated 7 tons for my job and had placed the order of which New Hope would deliver in two 3.5 ton trips to ensure my driveway sustained no damage. After Clay arrived and evaluated the work I was doing; he suggested I hold off on the next delivery because he believed I may have overestimated the amount of Rip Rap needed and he offered to quickly deliver the second load if it was needed. He was right. I had indeed overestimated the amount of Rip Rap required for the job. He saved me money in addition to being the lowest quote when bidding the job. New Hope is professional, courteous and accommodating. I will use no other in the future.
