Worst company I have hired yet. I hired these people because the salesman who came to talk to us looked like a good guy and convinced us that the team knew what they were doing. Looks like communication was horrendous because the team was just doing what they wanted and screwed up my roof. I called the main office to complain so these "professionals" could come fix their screwups because for whatever reason they didn't add sidings to my roof but the people at the office would just try to get us off the phone. What a joke.

I hired these guys because it looked like they had a good record of customer satisfaction and I needed my roof worked. I hired these people and they did sloppy work. Didn't cover the pipes properly, didn't do the siding properly, and just added some asphalt roof on one of my roofs they were working on, the asphalt roof is starting to bubble and I have complained to them numerous times but they just ignored us. They also just decided to leave their trash on our front yard and never bothered to pick it up which just looks unprofessional and disgusting so I ended up selling some of the scrap to some people who needed them. Don't waste your money on these guys and find a better contractor company.

Installed front and back doors. Sales person did not listen to our requests - front door needed to be replaced because they did not order a deadbolt (the entire reason for starting the project). Back door panels rattled within the double pane, and were not straight (manufacturing quality issue). New Horizon ghosted us for 6 months before the project manager was replaced and our doors were fixed. Subcontractor they used also cut a sloppy line in our siding, requiring it to be replaced. New Horizon gave us a song and a dance about painting as well, had to twist their arm to use paint we already had to fix the siding they messed up...and left the rear door trim unpainted. Very unprofessional outlet all around. Stay away.

The salesman who came to our house promised that our roof would be great and promised to shingle two of our roofs, they shingled one of our roofs, but the second roof, they did not, they just decided to coat it with a roll of asphalt, which is NOT what we discussed nor asked for, we complained to New Horizon over this, one of the managers came to our house to listen to our complaint. The manager said that he could get a team sent out and promised to fix the mistakes that the salesman miscommunicated to the team. Apparently, the salesman ended up either quitting or getting fired for what he did, the manager then said that him and a team were coming on this day in August of 2022, well, this day comes and no one shows up. We have sent emails and left voicemails the following weeks and months complaining about the mess they have done. We would never get a response. Later on, we finally managed to reach the front desk or customer service, a lady answered and we told her the problems we have been having. She said that there were no managers available because they were on a job and that later, they could call us back, well, we never got a call back. Later on, again, we reached customer service and we got a different lady, this lady was rude because while I was telling her everything, she decided to abruptly hang up on me on the phone, when I would call back, no one would answer. Another thing is that when these people left, they left all their trash in front of our house, which is also unprofessional if you ask me. Now, we are stuck paying for something that we did not want and when we were trying to reach out, they would just ignore us and not try to fix their mistakes. It feels as if like they just took our money and ran. We now need to get another roofing company and pay another roofing company to fix their mess. I would advise you stay away from these people.

Left their stock on my lawn. Was told they would return next day to remove left over waste and stock. Never returned, going to sell their leftover stock to defer payment to clean up after them!

Fast install. Excellent customer service!

They were prompt, efficient, tidy. Great service. They were a bit higher priced than someone else but I've had worse experiences with the "bargain" companies. So often you get what you pay for. I also want to mention that they allowed me to dispose of some debris that was not part of the roofing job. No hassles at all. I do recommend them.

After all that rain the beginning of July my roof began leaking. I had recently heard about New Horizon Home Improvement from a friend who used them so I gave them a call. Josh fit me into his schedule that day. Josh did a great job explaining their process to me and laid down a fair price. They even repaired my living room ceiling. This is a quality company that I would recommend to anyone looking to get their roof done.

We loved working with New Horizon. They came out, answered our questions and had no pressure to buy. The install was quick and we love the look of room now with the new windows. They were honest and professional and we would recommend them to anyone!

New Horizon Home Improvement was fantastic to work with. I was surprised how difficult it was to find a company I could feel comfortable with. I saw 2 or 3 companies before I found New Horizon an was taken back at how high pressure they were. Josh came right out to my house supported me through the process of finding windows that fit exactly what I needed. As an older woman I love being able to easily open and close my windows now in any room of my house. I would recommend Josh and his team any day of the week.

I found New Horizon Home Improvement on a search for replacement windows for my house. I gave them a call and they came by my house that week. When Joshua came to the house he arrived on time and was quite knowledgeable. He made us very comfortable, not high pressure like some other companies we had out. Joshua made it quite easy to move forward with. On Day of install New Horizon's Team showed up on time and went right to work. My wife and I were amazed at how quickly they got through all of our windows. Everything looks beautiful and they cleaned up everything when they were done. We could not be more happy. We would recommend this company to anyone looking for replacement windows.
