Unfortunately we hired this company for our weed control in our lawn. Their communication was excellent as most are when trying to sell you their service. In regards to their service and follow up, this was miles below expectations. Let me first say, we have lived in the same house for 15 years and our lawn has never been overgrown with so many weeds than now. I have to spend a minimum of one hour every time I mow pulling weeds. They are virtually everywhere and completely surrounding the perimeter of our lawn. When we expressed concerns, they shifted blame and said maybe we mow our grass too low?! Are you kidding me? First off, we have mowed it the same length for a decade. Secondly, we have to mow it low to make it look half way decent due to the AMOUNT WEEDS COVERING OUR LAWN. I then asked them to not renew our service for next year due to the quality to which they replied ?we will end your service this year immediately?. They didn?t offer to fix the situation or even express an apology. That is terrible business!

I have been using a National competitor that I was unhappy with . I did some research and chose New Horizon . They were very fast at getting back to me and my first service call. There employee Travis was very personable and knowledgeable. He explained the processes to me and what to expect moving forward . It was about quality not quantity. "This was a tough property... wouldn't do any lawn treatments and literally nothing but crabgrass on the blvd area which continued to grow as the rest of our properties went dormant during the drought period. I am disappointed that they felt it necessary to give us a bad review as I charged them very little for the mowing and it was a long way to travel for one property with a annual grass problem. I simply couldn't justify driving 5 miles to mow a single property for $20.00."

New Horizon took over our fertilizing, weed care and aeration this year in our 16 unit townhouse complex. They applied top quality materials and the results are outstanding. Economical, dependable and very service oriented.

I have gutter caps and he told me I would not need them cleaned. He did take a lot of acorns and old decayed material off my flat roof over an enclosed porch. Tightened 2 screws on top of. A gutter. Where ice comes down I winter nothing canbe done. Helpful information. Nice worker! âºï¸
