    Was very pleased with the service I received. They had to reschedule the initial appointment . Called me wY in advance to do so. They rescheduled the next appointment emailed me a couple of days in advance. Called again the day of the appointment to let me know Gary was on the way. He arrived right as scheduled and could not have been nicer! Fixed the issue with my boiler and reviewed some of my concerns and gave me some options to address those concerns in the future. Would definitely recommend Horizon for any of your pluming needs!

    Finding a plumber for our new home was proving difficult. Either they wouldn't answer their phones with full mailboxes or they'd schedule and then never show. Gary was different right away. Not only did he answer the phone right away, he scheduled for not soon afterwards as we didn't have an emergency situation. Then, wonder of wonders, he confirmed the appointment and actually kept it! Once inside, he was not only professional and expedient but also incredibly friendly, explaining what the problem was and how he was going to go about fixing it. The work was well done, and if we have any more issues with our initial problem he'd come take care of it for us right away. And you know what? I believe him!

    Very fast and reliable! If you need your water heater repaired, or need a new one installed, don't bother with anyone else. It's also really nice not to be sent to some call center when you call. You get the man himself on the phone!
