Steve made everything seem great on the estimate. The actual move was the worst I have ever had and have moved multiple times interstate and overseas. The cost, stress and delay cannot let me recommend this company.

Our pre-move was great - everyone we dealt with was helpful and professional. The day of the move was a little more disappointing. The crew was late by several hours; when taking apart a bunk bed, they used the wrong tool and ended up drilling out the screws (blaming us because they thought the screws were stripped)...we had to buy a new bunk bed; they left marks on the wall that we needed to repair; they lost part of an antique which is now worthless; they left a lot behind and we had to spend a weekend moving the rest. We were told that the job was bigger than what was estimated... so we were blamed for "not showing everything". It was a disappointing experience for us and far more stressful than it should have been.

Steve was prompt in arriving for the estimate and did a spectacular job assessing the moving job. The entire crew is very professional. It is apparent that they like the work they do based on the quality of it. Loaded and unloaded goods without any problems. If your looking for a good, hardworking crew to move your household goods, Brendan, Mark and Dan are the best choice.

I have lived in this area for over a decade. With so many flaky, unreliable, and overpriced residential service providers in the Scranton - Stroudsburg - Lehigh Valley area I have become accustomed to being disappointed when hiring someone to do anything home related. As the kids say, my faith in humanity has been restored. I purchased a new house and needed help just moving the heavy stuff (furniture and appliances). The men who came to my home were professional, courteous, and extraordinarily efficient. They handled all of my stuff (including a bunch of extra boxes) with utmost care. If I ever have the need for this type of service again I will absolutely use them. Everyone I know who is moving has already been referred, that's how impressed I was during my move. The process from quote to unloading was easy and not stressful.

Very pleased with the professionalism and honesty Steve demonstrated with us. It only took one initial face to face visit at our home to know we had found a good moving company. On load day, the driver (Brendan) and his crew showed up on time in uniform, presented their company ID numbers and got to work. No damage, no issues, price came in under the estimate. What more could a customer ask for? Oh...and they had a great sense of humor, and kept me and my husband laughing and relaxed all day! If you live in northeastern PA....call them!
