Proceed with caution. Get everything in writing. The laborers did an excellent job. But the business end of things has been a nightmare. False promises and poor communication within the company. I wouldnt wish this nightmare on anyone.

New Image was Great they did a Excellent prompt install of our news Siding its like we have a new House. They made sure that as the Home Owner was informed every step of the way from start to finish the did a Great Job

The specific crew of 4 guys with Tim and Mitch were awesome. They are very skilled and experienced in this type of work and know what they are doing. They are all great guys to have on the job!

The windows were installed on-time and for the quoted price. The only issue I had was I had requested to view a full sized product prior to installation and I was talked out of it (my fault for not insisting). I can live with the product but I would have been happier had I seen it first. Otherwise everything was great. I love my new windows and I do recommend New Image Siding and Windows.

The work was excellent; they we're tidy and they cleaned up afterwards.

Windows look great. Larry was very helpful with explaining options and he came by after the the install to inspect the work and answer any questions. Will use them again when I need windows installed.

Working with New Image was impressive. Larry came to our home and demonstrated one of their windows. He was very knowledgable about the windows and answered all our questions. We were also impressed at how quick and efficient they were about the install, since our kids have allergies and can not have the windows open for very long. We would highly recommend New Image for replacement windows.

I would highly recommend this company. They came when they said, they were upfront with cost, they were clean and nothing was left behind, no dirt on my new carpet! Larry always returned our calls and answered questions. The windows are top quality too!

Larry was quick to get back to me on all my questions. Found me plenty of options for my wierd size door. Project stayed on track for delivery and install. Bob (installed the door) did a nice job, efficient and knowledgable. The price was good, door is excellent quality. Larry made sure I have all the paperwork needed to submit for the tax credit next year. Will definitely recommend AND use New Image again in the future. Great Job guys thanks!!!

Larry explained the different choices in windows in great detail, had examples to show us, and made sure we got the best type of windows for our home. He took the time to ensure we would be happy. We knew with the sale they had, the service Larry gave and promised, along with the level of detail, that they were the right contractors for us. When the windows were ready, the team was on the job when promised, very professional, cleaned up the job, and made sure I was happy before they left. I cannot recommend Nordic Builders any more strongly than to say that when we replace the rest of our windows, they will be the only ones we call!
