good contractor

The job of renovating a rental property townhome involved many different skills (painting, flooring, plumbing, electrical, caulking, landscaping, power washing, deck staining, faucet replacements, junk hauling) and Dale Turner did them all very well. He only subcontracted the carpet removal and installation. All other work he did himself. He stayed on the job until it was completed (approximately 2 weeks of work) and required no oversight. He was flexible when I added more tasks after the initial contract was signed. The costs were very reasonable but even more important to me was Dale's integrity. I needed a contractor I could trust.

Dale came over to my house in between jobs (on the same day I called) to handle a minor issue with my front-door lock. He was able to troubleshoot the problem and resolved the issue in 30 minutes. His price was very reasonable as well.
