Working with nj roofing was an amazing experience. They were very kind and easy to communicate with.they went the extra mile to make me their customer as happy as can be .every detail every vision and more was made into reality.i could not have been happier.they were an amazing company.and I was happy to have them as my contractor and I will continue to have them as my contractor.and they will be recommended to anyone who ask me for a contractor.

Fantastic work. I had approximately 10 quotes but jermaine (NJ Roofing) was the only one to provide a detailed explanation of the work that will be performed, actually took the time to go up and inspect the roof, walk me through the process. while other vendors did not. He explained the difference in roofing materials, breakout the price and then follow through on the work, timing, cleanup all debris. great job. Thanks

Run from this company! This is the worst company that I have worked with my entire life. The work was subpar. The follow-up and customer service was non-existent. The owner is arrogant and does not know have to put on or fix a roof. I have had a roofing leak for 4 years that he has refused to fix! The contractor has come back several times to fix the leak but, was unsuccessful. The Ida storm left 3 gallons of water in my kitchen and bathroom. I finally got a new roofing company to do the repairs. Did yourself and your wallet a favor and do not hire them.

RE-STAINING A DECK: My experience with New Jersey Roofing Maintenance was a very good one. Jermaine called me in response to my inquiry on Home Advisor. He called first. He was pleasant, and understanding of the project. We spoke over a four day period as I did my homework. Although New Jersey Roofing Maintenance was a little more expensive than my other quotes, it was Jermaine's demeanor, patiences, understanding and positive attitude that landed the project for his company. He answered all questions, reviewed photos of the project and provided a quote in a timely fashion. Jermaine's staff, Levi and Trevor, were great, friendly and full of conversation, (they like to talk and work). They explained the scope of the work to be done and went right to it. They stained the deck after power washing it. Due to the power washing, humidity, and rain the day before, the staining did not dry as expected. I sent pictures to Jermaine the next day. Upon review of the situation Jermaine dispatched Levi and Trevor to see the deck. They themselves were not satisfied. Levi returned the next day, under better weather condition, and completely re-stained the deck to my satisfaction. Levi took great pride in completing the project to his high standards. I would highly recommend Jermaine and New Jersey Roofing Maintenance.

Showed up a bit later than expected.

The guys from NJ roofing arrived early and worked long and hard. They did such a magnificent job in cleaning my gutters with helmets on my house that they look brand new. I am pleased and Iâ m planning on having them return to do some additional work.
