The quote was very accurate, which was a pleasant surprise. I've used three different moving companies and the previous two have ranged from charging me $200 more than the quote to $750 more than the quote. The guys worked very quickly and finished faster than expected. The thing that caught me off guard was the "minimum tip amount" that was thrown out afterward. All in all, this was the best moving experience I've had.

Kelly in the office was exceptional, very friendly and courteous. the movers (Wayne and partner) were AWESOME. I would recommend them anytime to anybody who wants movers. really the two did great job.

The three-man work very hard. The only thing I didn’t like was at the end of the move. When I went to tip the head guy, I was tipping them $130. His exact words to me were “ oh no mommy we worked very hard all day can’t you give us more?.” I felt obligate then to give them more money which had to go on my credit card. I put $120 on my credit card so that their tip was $250. It still bothers me today that I was pushed into a higher tip and more money on my credit card. I felt funny saying no to him.

The movers were two hours late but once they came to the storage facility where I needed my things moved from they were very efficient and professional. The customer service was excellent at the office when I called.

I found them to be too expensive and overly aggressive in their customer into action.

When I called to initially book an "in-town" move, I was very detailed with items in my four bedroom home. The truck that was ordered for the job was not large enough and could not move all of our belongings. Then we were informed that it was going to cost us an extra $300 for extra time loading, etc. Not that moving is stressful enough, my fiance and I were harassed with questions of how we were going to pay the balance even before the job was completed! When finished unloading the truck we were harassed again- this time about gratuity. We gave $115 to split between four men and treated them to lunch and drinks. The mover that collected the money said that we did not tip enough and it should be 20%! What an awful experience!

Mover were amazing! They wrapped everything as promised and unwrapped once at our new home. Everything was put into place. They went above and beyond. Only complaint was that I was not aware that they would be coming from over 100 miles away and expected me to pay their tolls and time to drive 2 hours both ways.. my move was only 8 miles away!

Great value for money. So much less expensive than anyone else I contacted and they did a good job.

Prompt, efficient, did NOT waste time, flexible with an additional pick up at the last minute, good value. At one pickup site, someone asked me about the crew and then asked for their contact info. The 4 stars for service is only because they are very focused and reserved. One man seems to lead the crew and handles questions and decisions.
