Way overcharged for the work that was done. His inexperience in finish work was evident. I wish he would have just been honest with me and said he was not able to complete the work I asked for on a partial bathroom remodel for $13,000+. I kept existing cabinets, countertop, toilet, floor was done by someone else. He installed an exhaust fan, mirror, lighting (he purchased), moved cabinets (as requested), sink, handle set, barn door (he purchased), glass shower door (he purchased), attempted to level out low corner of existing shower pan with wrong color grout (occluded the shower drain in the process), repaired drywall (poor finishing). I got tired of pointing things out to him and finally just paid him the remaining balance to be done with him. He asked for a $9,000 deposit up front. Not really sure why since I provided most materials. When I asked for an itemized bill, before paying for the finally balance he never provided one.

I'm sorry it did not work out but it certainly didn't work out

Jaylin installed a storage shed in my backyard and did an excellent job on it. He came every day and completed it on time and has expected.

Jaylin was very dedicated to the job came in on time tile my bathroom. Stay with it until it was done. People that see the tile work love the job he did. I would definitely have him to come back again.
