New Leaf Renovations LLC

New Leaf Renovations just refinished the hardwood floors on our first level and we could not be happier. After seeking multiple bids from various companies for the project, and even considering doing the work ourselves, we met with owner Sam Brooks. His knowledge of the work was evident and he did not seem the least bit phased by the challenges of our floor including mixing 1940s wood with brand new growth, water damage and pet stains. The timeline for getting the work done was reasonable. Because it was the entire first floor, I trusted Sam and his crew with the keys to my home and they were very respectful of my property. Sam even fed our two parrots who we had to leave on the property. He advised us on the best way to achieve the results we wanted while permitting us full control over the job. His hand is personally either on or over all the work. Prices are extremely competitive and the work is excellent. Sam is flexible in that clients can do as much of their own prep and/or em

I love our bathroom!! Wonderful job by New Leaf LLC. Sam, Nick and the crew were amazing.

Sam and his crew did amazing work! What I appreciated most were his nightly texts about progress and expectations for the days ahead! I would highly recommend Sam and his team!

1000% happy with Sam and his team from New Leaf Renovations! I just bought a house in Greenfield (Pittsburgh) and had a tight timeline to refinish the wood floors that were covered with carpet for 50 years before I moved in. I had two floors to refinish— whole downstairs living area and upstairs bedrooms. I found New Leaf Renovations via Angie’s List and they got me scheduled within a week. Whole job was finished right on time and looks totally fantastic. Sam even installed quarter round, which another contractor told me his crew wouldn’t do since it takes too long and isn’t worth the $ for them. Overall, Sam and his team were super professional and did a fabulous job. I’ll be reaching out to see if they’re available for our kitchen and bathrooms in the future. :)

I interviewed multiple contractors for my kitchen remodel and finally settled on Sam and his crew at New Leaf Renovations. He was very transparent about everything and he had solutions to any slight issues that arose. He even helped design a better kitchen layout than I was originally asking for! His attention to detail, communication skills, and problem solving skills were top tier. He’s definitely worth what he charged and I will be calling him back in the future!

we needed our bathroom redone and i cannot be more pleased, they got the work done fast, they where very communicative and easy to talk to and, the work is Great!!

My home needed a complete interior and exterior renovation. Sam and his crew at New Leaf Renovations were amazing to work with. Communication and transparency was key and top notch. Their work ethic, attention to detail, ability to handle unexpected issues that arose and commitment to getting things done correctly made the process stress free. The kitchen and bathrooms turned out beautifully and were the star of the show. I love entertaining now! New Leaf genuinely cares about the finished result and I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for someone hardworking, dependable, and committed to quality work.
