Fire or Smoke Damage Recovery Service
I had a dozen issues I went through ROC to get them to fix including insufficient attic insulation throughout (spend whole summer with A/C never shutting off because it couldn't cool the house), R6 instead of R8 ductwork per code, poor finish work on ceilings (you could see where the trusses were), and still waiting for wiring of smoke alarm issues. We've burned up 4 or 5 smoke alarms in my daughter's room. 10 yr smoke alarm batteries only last 3 months and they so far can't figure it out. They current owe me for the ductwork replacement because they couldn't get to it for months, I paid up front and they said they would reimburse me. It's been 4 months and they still haven't reimbursed me for the work. I would recommend you hire someone else other than NLC to do your home restoration. We wish we did,

He does an excellent job! He has done a few projects for me and I have been very satisfied! He does a really good job.
