They were scheduled to complete a deep cleaning and clean the inside windows. I had to call them back as, there was a laundry list that was not done. They didn't even dust the living room furniture, clean the bathroom countertops, clean the ceiling fans, wipe down the exterior of the cabinets and they never touched the windows. These are just a few of the things that weren't completed. I feel they were new to doing this. They didn't appear to have the right tools or cleaning supplies to complete the jobs. I provided them with a ladder to reach the higher windows and fans. Having said that, they were very apologetic and returned the next day to finish the job. They were much more thorough and made sure I was happy before they left. I just think they need more experience and better cleaning supplies/tools. Unfortunately, I had to leave work, come home to discuss the missed items and let them in again, in order to get the job done. Nice staff, but I wouldn't bring them back.

They are meticulous and reasonably priced. On top of that, they employ homeless and other unfortunate people, so they are helping the community as well.
