This service pro is unreliable and untrustworthy and does not abide by his words. we are disabled senior citizens and feel like he had taken advantage of us. The money we gave to him he had not invested to complete the project and he has given us the run-around. I will not recommend him to anyone and he should be put our of business

Paid 2500.00 to fix the bathroom. Still using a wrench to turn on water that does not get hot. They needed money. Have not heard from them. Feeling like they took advantage of our good nature Plus he charged our credit card 70 extra dollars for the art he needed. We trusted him and were so surprised we have not got the job done yet knowing are circumstances. Not good Karl

Outstanding job. Very courteous. Would definitely rehire and recommend.

I originally told the estimate would be free of charge however after Karl inspected and attempted to adjust the sliding doors, which at the time when he left he put back on the track, he then charged me $150 for approximately 30 minutes of his time and as soon as we opened the closet doors again they fell off the track. I will not be using Angis List again, as the contractors seem to have no accountability as to what Angis List stands for. Later to find out he was a roofer (not a carpenter, as I asked for).

Karl responded immediately to my request. He came over on a Saturday within an hour of our conversation to give me a quote. When I let him know I wanted him to do the work he started it right away. The price was very fair.. I had some other quotes that day and they were very inflated in comparison.

Arrived on time. Made a fair quote for repairs. Completed the work when he said he would. Kept the work environment clean. Finished job was well done and well executed.

Very nice team. Their company is very good. I would recommend them to anyone. They explained everything in detail and installed my new roof in about 3-4 days. The color of the shingles are amazing and they added a few other things needed for the project. Amazing team and amazing company.

Arrived at the agreed time. Took the time to explain the work to complete the project. Encountered unforseen issues but solved them. Excellent work even with my meddling. Paid the agreed reasonable price.

He was never here when he was supposed to be. He would work while we were having dinner. Saturdays he would come in when we would still be sleeping. Somedays he didnt show up at all for a couple days in a row. He said the work would be done in a week and it took him 3 weeks and left materials strung all over the place. He had stacks of wood , shingles a ladder that all needed to be picked up. The manager of our park here said we would be fined if he didnt get it picked up. Karl eventually picked it up because I was going to put it to the curb or throw it in the garbage. I asked him for a hard copy of the warranty, estimate and the work. I needed his license number on it along with the company. I got nothing. I later found out he was supposed to pull a permit and he didnt. Two weeks later Karl came back here and asked to borrow $150 to pull a permit for another job and said he would pay it back right away. It was 3-4 months ago and we still have got nothing back.

There were some hang-ups with weather and scheduling, but the job was done well at a great price.

This was a rush job that needed to be done that day because another contractor could not complete his work before the roofing was repaired. New Life Construction was there in a few hours and completed the repairs needed so that the other contractor could do their work.

Will not come out and finish the repair and water still leaks in and we are handy capped. He will not respond to calls.

Karl responded promptly to my request for quote. He is very knowledgeable, customer oriented and offered a responsible quote. From request for quote to completion of work the time lapsed was less then 24-hrs.

Karl did an amazing job! The price was right and he did exactly what he said he was going to do. Actually, went above and beyond. We hired him to help install hardwood floors in our house as well. A true man of his word and a true professional. I would highly recommend for any job.
