New Life Construction repaired the joists, sub-floors (plural) and flooring in my cabin. The water heater sprayed water on the underside of my flooring. The water heater was in the crawl space. All of the flooring had to be removed and replaced. Nick was timely, efficient, and thorough. All this work had to be done while I was in Arizona for the winter. He kept me informed of the progress throughout the process and I am very happy with the results. My son looked at the cabin after the work was finished and he was amazed at how good it looked. Better than before the water damage. I would recommend New Life Construction to anyone that needed repairs or construction.

Denis Reis from New Life Construction was very courteous and professional, he showed up with a notepad and handheld computer on the first appt. and took measurements and thorough notes of the job to be done. He also took a lot of time to answer all my questions and address my concerns. He gave me very fair pricing and was flexible with his work schedule to accomodate my scheduling needs. I found Denis was very easy to communicate with by telephone, e-mail and text messages and anytime I called, texted or e-mailed him he "always" got back to me very quickly. There are a lot of contractors out there in the field, but you won't find many that deliver the kind of EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE that New Life Construction provided me during my home improvement process. They repaired siding and painted the outside of my house, and did new ceilings and floors in both full bathrooms inside the house. Also, they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves when they finished the job, I couldn't believe that either!!. They told me that they would leave my house as clean as they found it and they truly did!!! Hats off to New Life Construction for going above and beyond!! Anyway, I am in the process of selling my home and the feedback from the first showing came back very, very positive because of the home improvement work New Life provided and brought a lot of praise from the potential buyers. Definitely call New Life Construction for your home improvement needs.....YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED! :-)

Denis is GREAT. He has been great to work with. He always answers the phone when you call. He came to my house twice to show me flooring samples and helped me decide what would look best in my house. His team is very hard working. They moved all of my furniture while they were installing the floors, and kept everything very neat and clean. Highly recommended!

We are very pleased with the hardwood floor/stairs and tile installation. The project is priced well and the team is very efficient to complete the job.

New Life was very courteous and prompt but the workmanship after several months is showing signs of negligence. A couple of my hardwood panels are cracked, the transitions are cracked in two places and I noticed that the spaces between the panels varied widely. They were the cheapest but I don't believe they specialize in wood flooring... they are a multi-service company and I should have went with a specialist.

Denis was the cheapest quote from 10 contractors that I interviewed. He was able to match the same hardwood floors I had. He came 3 times to show me types of wood before I even decided on giving him the job. His crew did a great job installing 3 rooms in one day. Dennis gave us quotes that we could not beat with any other quote we received. He communicated well, and finished the jobs on time. We have since hired him to replace our stairs, and again, did a great job.
