At this point, I rate them extremely efficient. They are on time, answer questions without rolling their eyes, give an approximation of what it could cost in a worst case scenario while always making it perfectly clear that things might be cheaper or more expensive depending on what they find once the roof is off, tell the customer what is going to be done, make themselves available for questions. The only reason for the 4-star rating is that they have not done the work yet. I will update these comments at that time. I could raise them to a 5-star rating if the job is as good as the presentation.

I asked that the back gutter be repaired. I got a call from my home that they were going to start on the front gutter, which didn't need repair. I was working pretty close to home so I stop by. Aside from correcting on which gutter, I found that they were not replacing the wood for the back fascia, which I expressly asked New Life to do. After I made a phone call to the office, they suddenly started replacing the wood. I wondered if their staff was just going to take the wood for themselves. We also had payment issues. They said that they would take credit, but then turned around and insisted on a check. This caused other issues.

Responded to my request on Service Magic within minutes and had someone inspecting the roof that same day. Would highly recommend New Life Contracting to anyone as they were professional and very helpful in determining the necessary steps to successfully repair my leaky roof. Great work guys!

I am assuming all will be as stated as far as cleanliness. Everything else has been wonderful. Today we finally heard the official OK from our insurance agent. That is why I waited so long to get back to your web site with a rating. The other referrals you sent us were wonderful, too.
