In my opinion Jeff had no clue as to removing squeaks in wood flooring. I paid him $100 to do about $400 damage to my beautiful maple floor. He made no attempt to find the floor joists. He used the break off screws but didn't drill pilot holes, just let the self start feature dig gouges in the wood. Now I have ugly putty filled dirt catchers throughout the kitchen floor. He then went into the crawlspace to put screws in from the underside. Without some type of depth gauge,and as one might imagine, I had screw points through the floor which were subsequently found with our feet. This required me to carefully, to not further damage the surface, find and file the points off to render them harmless. The floor still squeaks a bit but needs refinishing or replacement repair. Watching a U TUBE video on Jeff's part could have prevented all this. I my opinion, don't let him near your wood floor with a sharp instrument.

Jeff, and his crew did a fantastic job. I will have him back in the spring to redo the old floor finish.

I asked them to put an extra coat on which they added $150.00 for, which is fine. Problem is they missed a big spot by the back door. Also there were nail heads that were showing and I asked them to cover them. They used a red pen and black sharpie! Hello?

They called next day got to my job that week competitive price work quality was excellent and they used dustless sanding system

Jeff did an amazing job. He and his team showed up on time and got it done right. It was obvious that he has a passion for wood flooring. We weren't sure what type of wood we had (home built in 1948) and he figured out we had Pecan wood. He also worked with us on picking out a custom stain to match what we wanted and he got it so right. He exceeded our expectations!

The overall experience with New Life Floors was excellent. To begin with, Jeff gave me a competitive quote. We were on a tight timeline to finish the flooring because we needed to stay at a hotel until the Wooden floor was ready. Jeff was able to secure the required wood quickly for the work. He and his crew worked hard to complete the job quickly and thoroughly. He and his crew completed the flooring ahead of schedule allowing us to move in sooner. The quality of the work was fantastic and our floors look great! Attention to detail was good too, as the crew replaced and stained the vents on the floor too to match the rest of the floor. We would definitely recommend him strongly to those needing floor work!

New Life did such a horrible and sloppy job that we had to hire another company to come in and redo the job. It is costing us thousands of dollars more to do the redo. Do not hire New Life Floors!!!

Jeff and his team were very helpful and willing to pull a rabbit out of a hat with our old, tired and ancient maple floors. They look amazing now and the stain used has made a lovely and dramatic difference! Couldn't be more happier with the results as we thought our floors were toast and he politely proved us wrong :)

Jeff and his crew did a beautiful, and fast, job refinishing my oak floors. They took great care to make the floors look brand new! And, Christina did a great job scheduling and taking care of the administrative part. I would refer New Life Hardwood to anyone having floors refinished!

Jeff and his crew did a beautiful job. When we moved into our home the floors had a such a thick layer of wax build up that had yellowed. Our floors now are a beautiful red oak color again and look brand new. I had read horror stories about dust after having floors refinished. Jeff's work is 99% dust free and it is. I had only to dust and wipe off a few things. I highly recommend New Life Floors..The name says it all
