Fast, competent work. Used him on a second occasion for another appliance. Professional and quiet.

Called right away. Came over put new part in said I needed another would return to two days (Monday). Didn't return or call. Finally made contact on Wednesday said part would be in next day made appointment for Saturday. Never showed up on Saturday or call has not returned any of my calls or emails. Job was paid in full even for part I didn't receive. Don't hire ED your job won't get done.

The man showed up, took my money, said he had to order the part and that was the last I saw of him. I paid him $40 to do nothing but let me see his face. No return of calls, no return of emails...up and disappeared. He was a snake and made this a poor experience for my family.

A little slow, but it was over the hollidays, so it was to be expected, but other than that, always there as promised.

Ed called me shortly after I contacted servicemagic and came over the next day and fixed the refrigerator for a very reasonable price. I was extremely pleased with the whole process.

He knew the problem as soon as I told him the symptoms. He said he would call me right back when he found out how to get the part. He called a couple of hours later and told me the part should be in in a couple of days and would call when it was in. Two days later he called and later that afternoon he came and repaired the problem. Very efficient.

Ed called right away and said he would check out the pump on the diswasher becasue sometimes all it might be is a broken piece of glass or something stuck. I did need a new pump and Ed got it ordered and fixed in one day. He was very professional and cleaned up after the job was done. Nice Guy and Fair

They took three hours to come snake me out. They took two days to dig my yard up and put in a piece of piping. The ground is settling below ground level and they said it was my responsiblity to fill it. What should I do?

The good , I recieved a phone call right after filinging. He came out next day to look at it dignose the so called problem(belt). The not so good did not have any parts to fix so called problem(belt), he came back in a couple day fixed so called problem(belt),did not check machine to see if that fixed the problemand yes the belt is some of the problem. The bad needs to replace belt again becouse did not follow thu on dignose and know belt need to be ordered so he can finish the dignose to fix it.
