Wanted to paint the ceiling, paint walls, put in new carpet, put in new laminate, replace counters in kitchen, fix upfront porch, and more! Paid him a thousand up front to get things ordered and scheduled. I paid his flunkies to clean things and such.. deadbeats! He managed to get the walls and ceiling painted. halfway there and he bailed. ghosted me. He told me a month... then 2... then 3 . from march to July. ran with the money. I gave him a benefit of the doubt. very manic and does not listen.... have to start legal action.

Job was very well done and he came up with different ideas to choose. I would hire him again.

I plan on hiring him again.

Good. I explained my two projects: replace under cabinet hot lights with LED, and replace 4 fluorescent ceiling fixtures with LED.

Tuesday 2021-12-14 8:40 PM Blake Neal has a very warm personality. He presents himself as a master general handyman. I am a Physician. Blake may be a little manic. I told him so when he was here. At the end of his project I decided I look forward to calling him the next time I need work done. He replaced our old mailbox ð « with a new one from Amazon. The mailbox looks great. He drives a ratty old truck ð » which damages his image as a handyman. I told him that, too. I told him he at least needs to have someone paint the truck. He is hardheaded. So - - - until he sees the light ð ¡ about that truck, try to look past the truck. He will do a good job for you.

I needed doors for two rooms that were open areas. The opening were odd sized, so doors to fit did not exist. Blake and Dustin designed and built beautiful, solid barn doors for the rooms. Blake also did some repair work on my fence. Blake also took care off a drainage problem behind the fence. I am very pleased with the out-of-the-box thinking that went into the entire work project!! Blake goes above and beyond communicating with his clients regarding what steps he is taking and ensuring the work is completed as quickly as possible!

hired Blake to repair my fascia / gutter - which was done quickly and restored back to new in a couple of days. Then i engaged him to power wash / re-stain my deck and address a drainage issue in my yard. All of the work was done quickly, professionally and with conviction to do thorough quality work. As the work was done, when additional issues were uncovered, he offered reasonable solutions and kept within reasonable time boundaries. Overall, I recommend New Life for any size or complexity of project or even as a consultant advising you on your behalf for any project.

Blake came in and did what he said he would do and in the time frame we agreed upon.

We had roof damage from a falling tree limb. The amount of damage didnâ t appear to warrant extensive replacement through a roofing company. Blake from New Life Restoration called after we made an inquiry through HomeAdvisor. He came by that day, gave us a reasonable estimate and completed the work the next day. I was very impressed with his knowledge and promptness. The quality of the work was terrific. I will call on New Life Restoration for other work and recommend them highly.

I had two major projects which needed to be completed in a timely manner and Blake did a great job getting the projects completed on schedule and in a with great quality.

Blake and his colleague evaluated the safest way to carry out a difficult task to lift a sunken roof support post without damaging the structure or themselves. They showed up as promised, did the job to my satisfaction and at the agreed price. They made sure I was satisfied with the quality and effectiveness of their work before they left. Very conscientious and respectful. I would definitely recommend them.

He put up a bird house for me. Was very friendly and knowledge. Was done in two days and did an excellent job. Would highly ecommend him.

Contractor got to work right away and finished on time. Price was competitive with other quotes received. Contractor could have hit me with change orders but found creative, low-cost solutions to unforeseen conditions.
