If you plan to use New Life Tree Service- please read. First review I have ever written cause I hate hurting anyone's business. I hired this company to get a huge ficus removed for my 88 yr old Mom. The job began in mid October 2020. We understood the large scope of the work, and Quinton asked my Mom for $300.00 extra and My Mom paid in full. Different workers showed on 3 different days over 8 weeks. They never stayed more than a few hours & the excuse was always more pressing jobs. We are left with 2 broken fences, hers and her neighbors, 15 ft of 1/2 the tree trunk... the rest of the tree was only trimmed at the top. Her backyard looks like a war zone. We wrote a letter in January 2021. requesting a small portion of the $$ be returned. No reply. They claimed they never received the letter. I sent it to 2 more email addresses... Now April and nothing... no replies. The worst part is they took advantage of my Mom at her age.

Chey was wonderful. She arranged for our tree trimming the very next day after we called her. She arrived 1st, followed by the tree trimmers. The price was very fair and the work very professional. She is very efficient and sent me an invoice as soon as the work was completed. We would definitely call this company again as they were great from start to finish. Highly recommend!!!!!

My experience was that of dealing with a very client service oriented company. The owner Shay. Was absolutely on point with respect to calling me back. Her price was very fair. Her service and delivery was fast. And clean the on-site workers and supervisor Quintin Made me feel very safe and assured that the job would be done very safely. They are licensed bonded and insured they clean up very well and they accommodate the waste removal or tree shrub removal bulk removal in your city I would recommend them again. And I would have them do my work for me. Additionally. They had a stump grinder. Who came afterwards and did a very careful? Clean conscientious job of grinding the stump down in and around the 35 to 40 foot tree.
