Mr. Donald is a master craftsman, very detail oriented and treats your home as his own. Very skilled and determined to do the best job possible owning anything you did not request and truly reasonable about any add-ons. Be patient because he is worth the wait!!! Recommend highly and hope he finds excellent helpers to learn his craft built over years of experience! His brother Ray also a great guy and they were trustworthy, dependable, and reliable to work when no one was home for a few hrs. Thank you for a beautiful wood floor, sheetrock, repairs, electrical, plumbing, installations and beautiful painting, 2 to 3 coats as needed, to get it right! Forever grateful!! P&G R

Don treated my home project like it was his home. He doesn't look to cut corners, in fact he went above and beyond my expectations. He replaced 30 windows at my house. Don guided me in selecting the right windows for my home. The installation looks perfect. He fixed all of the mistakes that the builder made. This guy is an ACE! It's really hard to find someone who is honest and does the right job. Don of NewLook is definitely the exception. Looking forward to the next project.

I hired New Look Home Installations to replace a thru the wall AC unit with a new one and the existing wall opening was slightly smaller than the new unit. They did a professional job in widening the space and the trim to accommodate the new AC. I had hired them a few months back for a plumbing job which they had also excelled, everything to code with quality parts. You can definitely trust and count that there work is second to none affordable and reliable. I would definitely recommend Don and his company for any job you may have around the house. His experience is very broad in a lot of areas.

Don was knowledgeable, experienced and professional. As with all remodeling efforts, nothing is ever straight or level. Don handled every issue that arose without a problem. Don handled the cabinet installation so well that we immediately hired him to install recessed lighting and replacement of several leaking valves. His expertise was evident with ever project we gave him. I would highly recommend Don to anyone and everyone. I would not hesitate to hire him in the future. We consider ourselves fortunate to have had the opportunity to use Home Advisors and their listing of Don and New Look Home Installations.

Donald and his team managed to complete my roof working between snowstorms this past January. They did quality work, Donald�s prices were fair and he even went the extra mile when spackling around the skylights in my home. I�ve already recommended him twice.

I have this company help me to remove the accumalative snow while I was out of the country. The man did a very good job to clear away the snow in the areas of my request. Now I am hiring this company to do the repair work of the interior of my house which I have a major water damage to it.

I actually went on Facebook to write a review because we were so satisfied with the snow removal job that was completed on our driveway. The service was prompt, reliable, fast, professional and well done. I am hoping we can count on New Look Home Installations to do our driveway once again when the snow comes as it surely will this winter.

Don is a gentleman who understands how difficult it is sometimes for a home owner to find reputable companies to do jobs. This was a minor repair, but you would think from the way Don handled it, it was a major renovation. I have other projects to take care of and New Look is now number one on my list. They arrived when they promised and while their pricig seemed a bit higher than I would have expected they did a reasonable job. They left off one piece of flashing without mentioning it to me so they did not complete the job as promised but at least the main item of work was addressed.

Don was excellent. There was trouble with the doors being damaged. He went back to the factory, not once, but twice to make sure the dooors were in perfect working order. He did not stop until they were installed correctly. I am extremely happy with his work. I would highly recommend him.
