We had a small drywall job and Jason worked us in quickly. Ryan did a very nice (and fast!) job taping, mudding, sanding and texturing. We ll hire them again.

I hired New Look to do minor sheet rock repairs and paint most of the inside of our 4,000 square foot home. BUT...they can do so much more! By the time the project was done, I had a new half wall, new vents for the bathrooms, new Garage door frames, exterior paint and repairs to our driveway. I can't say enough good things about Jason and his small crew. He even found an electrician to put a new ceiling fan in our living room where there was no light fixture before. You might have to wait a bit for them to start the job, but once the work begins, you will have Jason's full attention. He is meticulous in managing the work, and will not leave until all of your needs are met. He does extra work outside the contract with a smile and at reasonable cost, and lets you know if there are things he notices that need to be fixed..and he is happy to take care of them. You cannot go wrong with New Look Painting. Jason and his crew truly made my house beautiful, inside and out!

Good person to deal

Good job overall but not greatest attention to detail would recommend to others. He was available &/or returned calls & emails quickly.

Jason and his crew are great to work with. I was comfortable having them in my home. Jason was very knowledgable about the different types of paints, where each type would work and look best in our home. He was more expensive than the other bids we received, but the quality was worth the cost.

Jason was very helpful in recommending color choices. The job was completed in a timely manner. We are pleased with the quality of job, but are finding some MINOR areas of paint splattered on the wood floor and heating vents.

They painted our livingroom, kitchen, and hallways. We also had them switch over some cable wiring. The cable part was done pretty well, except that they weren't familiar with doing the cable work with Dish network setup so it took them quite a bit longer to get it done ( told 1 hr and it took 4 1/2 hrs) Jason wasn't good at communicating times, scheduling, or telling me he was going to be out of town and leaving someone not good at managing in charge. The paint job was ok. LOTS of spots and LARGE strips missed, paint splattered on things. They had to fix, but I guess you get what you pay for...ugh Will go through PROFESSIONAL next time

The guys were on-time, pleasant and did a great job. They even cleaned up well. I tried to find something they needed to fix but couldn't. Jason was great in helping with colors, coordinating and making sure everything was going well. He also put me in contact with Todd to put up a backsplash. Everything looks great. Just a small problem with communication but will definitely call Jason back for my next project..

Jason and his team were professional, prompt, courteous and did an awesome job painting the interior of our home. I would hire them again in a minute, and would highly recommend them to anyone in the Madison area that is looking for painters. Jason and his crew were fantastic. They came when the snow was 10 inches one day, met all deadlines, and did an impeccable job. I would HIGHLY recommend them to any customer. The folks we sold our house to were so impressed that they asked who did the job.
