Exterior Surfaces - Powerwashing
I had a difficult power washing job with many feet of walks, driveways, and a large patio. Initially, Mr. Perez had someone working for him who did not know how to remove rust stains from my underground watering system from the walks and driveways. He would not listen to me. After I spoke to Mr. Perez, he removed him from the job, purchased the correct product for the job and completed the job himself . He did an excellent job and I will hire him again. Mr. Perez seems to be eager to please the customer and takes pride in his work.

Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
I signed up on May 26 with assurance that Ricardo Perez would give me a reasonable price and good workmanship. He has rescheduled three times, but I am still waiting as we speak. He rescheduled my work on kitchen counter top replacements for today; however, when I called this morning at 10:06 a.m. he said he was working on another person's project and would pick up my counter top at Lowe's and would be here at 1:30 p.m. He is not here. Each time I call him there is another excuse, excuse, excuse. Plus, he charged me extra money after conducting a second estimate. I am frustrated and want my money back. My time is valuable, too and two weeks is not what he promised (two days). Very disappointed with this representative.

"Not true at all i came to repce one counter top and she said she want me to replace the another one. I told her to get the counter top bc i priced her on a labor only hob and charged her more money not for the estimate but for installing a second countertop. We signed a second contract and all. The first appt i made on time w supplies ready to go but thats when she changed her mind and wanted the second countertop put in. That is not project that you do and comeback it has be done at one time so she reschedule to vwt fhe countertop and bc she went out of town. Needless to say i got it all done in one day and still gave her discount ."

Hard workers and went above and beyond the original project expectations. I thought the price was fair. I had the option to pay less with another company, but ultimately chose NLR due to his availability and desire to do whatever it took to get it done ASAP.
