New Look Siding

2 days ago NEW Even though we gave New Look Siding a big job they came through BIG TIME!!!. Our house needed a facelift and we are definitely happy with what was accomplished. We had all the windows replaced plus the slider took out and replaced with French doors on the patio, had new siding and rock waist coat on the front, and they covered and enlarged our patio. The communication with Erik and his crew (Jacob, Brett, Perry and Ramsay) was great. Erik pretty much told us everyday what was being done and what to expect. The crew worked on the house like it was their's and were perfectionists. They became almost like family. We definitely would recommend New Look Siding to anyone wanting to upgrade or give their existing home a face lift.

Just wanted to throw out a thanks to Tony Paulson, he came out and did my soffits and facia. I am also getting gutters done, but this is a review of the work so far. I just want to say that Tony is a hard worker and did a great job. The work is top notch. I like that he checked with me if there was a question, and he was willing to make adjustments as he worked. He showed professionalism and expertise in the work he did for me.

New Look replaced my ancient vinyl siding with new HardieShingle siding. From sales to cleanup, every team was skilled, professional, and took pride in getting every detail right and quickly addressing every question and concern. Siding replacement is a huge, expensive job, but their reasonable cost and exceptional quality of work make me feel like I got my moneyâ s worth.

This guy's dropped the ball big time and wasted our time, they were hired to replace our windows, they came and measured and told us it would be about 2 weeks to get the new windows and would schedule an installation date.... well, 2 weeks passed, so I called them to get an update. The lady from their office pulled up my file and said our project was out of their scope of work... no one ever called me or anything. I'm glad I called in to follow up, otherwise we would have wasted more time.

From beginning to end, it was really great dealing with this company. Tom is responsive and knowledgable and was very easy and fun to deal with. Out of all the companies I got quotes from, he was the most knowledgable and fearless about dealing with our asbestos siding. He is respectful and doesn't annoy you with long demonstrations about windows, like other window salesmen I experienced. The guys did an excellent job and totally transformed our little rental house. The cost was very reasonable, and they worked steadily and got it all done in a good amount of time, even in the winter. I recommend this company and will call them in the future with any remodel needs.

Top quality craftsmanship. A pleasure to do business with. If you're building a deck, ask for Perry, he's "The Man".

Quick response to our request for a bid. Gave us addresses of previous jobs so we could see their work. Mike Jones was the installer and did a first-rate job. He worked alone and it took a couple of weeks to complete, but we're extremely pleased with the work and liked working with Mike. Our home is a split level built in the early 1960s. Because of a roof addition, it had some tricky corners and angles which required time and skill to handle and Mike did it well. Our first reaction on coming home the day he finished the front of the house was, "Wow! this looks like a new house!!!" We'dot hesitate to recommend New Look to anyone.

Not real happy with the finished product and had a very difficult time getting them to finish the garage. I believe this contractor could be good depending on who they have manage the construction.

Good design work. The project took longer than they told us, but looked great when it was done. Also, they use our driveway as a staging area, so we weren't able to get cars in or out of the garage for about 2 weeks - they never asked if this would be a problem. Overall, the quality of the work was very good, and the final product was just as we imagined it!

They were really good to work with, they got things when they said they would.

Everything that the guys were going to do, they explained beforehand. They were courteous to our requests, and did a wonderful job. The only thing I didn't like was the window cleaner they used. The strong smell lingered in my home for a long time. Also, I don't know if you have some sort of dress code, but the second day that they were there, when they were finishing the outside work, one of the guys didn't have his shirt on. This disturbed me. I know they want to be comfortable in the heat, but I think they should encouraged to at least wear a tank top.

Well, it took way too long to get things going project-wise. They hardly ever returned phone calls. They forgot things that were told to them to do, although it was minor. They wanted half of the money up front before anything was even started!! I talked them out of that, except for the windows. The quality of work was just fine though, although the cleanup could've been a lot better - found nails, pieces of siding, insulation, etc. They had to come out & finish at a later point because they forgot some places. Overall, the work done was fine, but the business part of it was not good. Not very professional in that way.

Weather put everything behind. In the rush to get caught up, they tried to do too much with too few people. Finish in back not great, finish in front is very good. They applied a sealer to make up for the quality. Would have been a good fix to the finish problem except we did not know when they were coming and they did not clean the cement before sealing. Sealed over dirt, gravel, and other junk. I will need to redo it the first time I clean it because I am sure the seal will come off in the dirty areas.

They were the best! They were over $1,000 under the second lowest bid. They did a wonderful job. I'd recommend them to anyone!

I was very pleased with the price and quality of the product. The installers were very polite and friendly. Communication was excellent and the project was finished in a timely manner.

They were a little more pricey then I thought they would be. But I have found many times that you get what you pay for. I am very satisfied with the job that was done. The installers were very professional and worked quickly and did a great job. They cleaned up everything and even stashed the old windows behind my shop where I planned to store them. I have absolutely no complaints and am very pleased with the job that was done and I am happy with the windows. Thanks for everything.

We choose them because they said they could take a credit card payment - they could not!

I would like to finish this rating of "New Look Siding" after the job is completed. So far I have felt very good about them.

Very professional contractors. Installers were exceptional, and I certainly would recommend this team to anyone.
