We are very pleased with how our outdoor patio came out. The owner suggested California stucco on the side of the house instead of just replacing the tile. We really like how it looks. The tile itself was done to perfection. The job itself had difficulties because of the steps and they added a much bigger drain. We loved how it came out!

New Mark Construction was a very professional and reliable construction company. Mohammed and his workers were extremely hard working and diligent. The cleaned after completion of project They repaired my broken bricks and mortar. They repaired the exterior by brick pointing using waterproof sealant to prevent water leakage I was experiecing.I found their fees reasonable compared to other contractors. Vey satisfied with the quality of their work and would recommend them without reservation

I just had two projects completed by Mohammed and New Mark Painting & Construction. I am very pleased with the way he completed my stairs and walkway paver. Mohammed is truly a hard worker and a genuine professional. He keeps you up to date on every aspect of the project and will do whatever necessary to keep you, the customer, happy. I asked him to change a step because I wasn’t liking the way it looked and he changed it without any hesitation. He DOES NOT cut corners. In fact, he went and got new paver stones because a portion of them were chipped and he did not feel comfortable using them for the rest of the project. He is very efficient and really knows his stuff, as he walked me step by step on how every piece of the project was going to be done. Unlike some contractors he was not pushy or demanding of a large deposit upfront, which I appreciated. I will 1000% recommend him to anyone who needs work done.
