I appreciated the specificity of their proposal, along with the photos of my roof before and after. I was pleasantly surprised they work on mobile homes. Carlos and crew were very professional, and the price was reasonable.

Mr. Vasques was recommended by a trusted Albuquerque contractor. After meeting with Mr. Carlos Vasques in October 2021, we decided on a new shingle roof installation with new seamless gutters and replacement of worn and damaged soffit. Mr. Vasques was always punctual, respectful and answered all our questions and offered detail and explanation that helped us understand the work he would complete. Mr. Vasques responded to our phone calls or texts within a reasonable time frame always informing us about the status of the job. Mr. Vasques provided a printed estimate and stuck to all our contractual agreements and timeframe. There were no surprise costs and his work is top notch! Several professionals who viewed his finished work were impressed with his attention to detail, stating not many roofers complete the task so well. We feel confident in the work completed and the warente. Since then, we have recommended New Mexico Roof Experts to our family and friends and they are equally pleased with his work. Very happy with Carlos and his crew. Carlos is very professional, did not tried to sell me something I don't need. I was very happy with the quote I got. On time for the inspection, on time to start the work. Few times I called him, he always answered his phone. After the work was completed, we went up to the roof, and me being a pain in the butt, saw a few things needed to touch up. Carlos got on it right away, no problem. Roof looks very nice. Definitely recommend him.

NM Roof Experts came and did a great job in repairing my roof. Carlos was the first company to arrive and went over the problems with my roof. He wasn't trying to sell me a new roof which would have cost me thousands of more dollars. He was available on the phone when I had additional questions and did not pressure me at all. I would use them again in the future.

I had all parapets on my traditional tar-and-gravel flat roof (about 5000 square feet) rejuvenated--both base flashings and stucco. Carlos and crew did a first-rate job. Carlos was very responsive to all my individual requirements; as well, he always answered his phone when I called with questions/ concerns. I would not hesitate to use him again for any additional roofing requirements that I may have.

Carlos was very precise in his evaluation of the condition of my roof and what work was necessary to replace a section of the roof and repair the other areas that needed attention. I want to emphasize that his work crew were extremely professional and courteous; they also answered all of my questions about the repairs they were performing. After the job was done, they cleaned up and removed all of the debris. I recommend New Mexico Roof Experts without hesitation; as a matter of fact, I am going to have NM Roof Experts repair another section of my roof in the near future.

I had a couple of bids, the other two only wanted to fix the immediate problem, Carlos with New Mexico Roof Experts explained they not only would fix the area that the leak was from but they would spud and clean around the leak, reseal all roof apply aluminum coating around entire roo, apply silicone caulking to any cracks over stucco walls. They did everything that was stated in the bid. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Carlos REALLY cares, hard to find worker's now a days. Another job came up so instead of a week it took almost 2.Minor cosmetics left. All in ALL, EXCELLENT.

Carlos was great at communicating and explaining what was needed and the process. He worked with me and answered all of my questions. He and his team were prompt and worked through the 90 degree heat to finish my roof repair project in one day.
