Hired to remodel a hallway bathroom, shower in another bathroom, tile flooring in main part of the house. Work was shoddy, my home was not properly protected and got dust everywhere and chipped kitchen cabinets. Bathtub installed not lined up with downspout! Who does that? Took a month to do the work for the first three weeks he had two guys showing up at noon and then the last week he had seven here working around the clock (height of the pandemic) messing everything up because working too fast. Used my garage as a dump instead of getting a dumpster. I wish i could post pictures. Garbage work. Stay away.

Came to replace a leaking pipe and replace dry wall. Did a good job.

Best Communication of any project I've done so far. Kirk was very helpful on my initial call, trying to get a plumber over to our house as soon as possible. Price was reasonable during this peak season and work was done right the first time. I've used them twice for 2 separate projects in the house, burst frozen pipe and leaking toilet, both took 2 hours to complete. David the plumber was professional and laid a tarp down before working near our bedroom.

They arrived within the hour after I called. I had a broken valve in the shower and the water wouldn't go off. The plumber found the problem, bought the new part, replaced it in a timely fashion and cleaned up after himself so the house was in great shape.

There was pipe liking.4 pipes. I was very happy with the swiftness of the response. He did good job.

A pipe burst in our garage due to extreme cold. A plumber from New Millenium was at my home within 30 minutes of calling to schedule. The plumber who arrived was efficient and thorough. Rates were great, and we paid exactly what we expected to based on the estimate. I will definitely use these guys again for future non-emergency projects.

Professional, friendly and most importantly workmanship was excellent. I hired them to add crown molding to my living room and expand the entryway from my foyer. They also painted my living room, foyer and 2nd floor landing. I will be hiring them again to do more work around my house. I recommend this contractor!

I hired this company to do a total roof replacement 3 years ago. All new plywood as well as shingles. I paid extra to have an additional roll of water and ice shield installed to cover 6 feet instead of 3 feet. I was told this would prevent any leaks due to ice damming. Last month after our only significant snow, I roof raked 4 feet high of snow to prevent any issues with ice backing up from the gutters. This should prevent any ice damming and subsequent leaks, even with that action taken I had a substantial leak that caused severe ceiling damage in the kitchen. I called New Millenium and spoke to the owner Kirk to discuss the problem. We made an appointment fro him to come and take a look to see what may have caused this problem. He was a no show and has not returned the 4 or 5 phone calls I have made since. Obviously he has no interest in backing up his work or at least advising me as to what problem I may now have. Very frustrating to now have to worry every winter about a roof that is only 3 years old. I certainly would never use them or recommend them in the future.
