New Moon Handyman

Our home Water Heater went out on Saturday 5/2 just a day before our RV Trip to my best friend's Memorial Service in Idaho. Water was all over our garage floor. I immediately determined the price and availability of a new unit and then proceeded to contact various repair facilities. Alex at New Moon was the first to respond. His price and schedule for completion was the best of those who took the time and effort to respond. I expected the installation would have to be scheduled after we were back in a couple of weeks. To my amazement, Alex said he would be happy to come with the Water Heater we preferred the NEXT morning (Sunday)! Before I committed, I checked his various reviews and decided to utilize his services. Alex came the next morning right on time with our preferred Water Heater. In less than two hours his installation was complete. Though Alex was uable to modify our existing copper vent line, he came back once we were back home and finished the job. Alex was wonderful!

He’s an absolute professional who understood exactly what was needed for my job (water heater replacement), and had the skill set/tools to do the job completely/quickly. He honored his quote, showed up at the time that was set, and even helped hunt down a replacement water heater when I thought I’d have to do a special order. Great customer service. Alex came to my place to install an on demand hot water heater. He made it look so easy!! He was very kind, respectful and made it all happen quickly. So grateful for his help and I love my outdoor hot shower!!

Charged $200 plus $28 Angi fee but I?m pretty sure he went under the table. Didn?t fix roof vent or plumbing. Had to take it to another professional.

Alexander has been a pleasure to work with. Turns out I have a difficult leak in my roof and our initial attempt at fixing it was unsuccessful. So, I did raise a complaint about that, and to Alexander's credit, he immediately responded and took quick action to perform additional work. Very friendly guy, stayed professional despite the circumstances, and I am now confident that he is going to stick with me until the leak is fixed. I can highly recommend them.

Last Thursday my water heater started to leak so it needed to be replaced. On Friday I searched for plumbers in my area on Angi. Alex, the owner of New Moon Handyman and Plumbing, contacted me the next day. He installed my new water heater on Monday. In addition to being prompt, Alex offered me a bid that other larger companies would likely not have been able to match. In my conversations with Alex it became obvious to me that he is a person of integrity. I highly recommend New Moon Handyman and Plumbing to anyone in need of such services.

I was so grateful that Alex and Sky came to help my grandparents with their long list of small home repairs! They responded extremely fast and were at the house within hours of my initial quote request, and were also quite friendly.. Iâ  m sure theyâ  ll use their services again.

Alex got in touch with me right away and in less than 24 hours they came out and were able to get the things I needed done with no problem. He had great communication and his rates were very reasonable. I will absolutely be calling them again in the future for anything else I might need done. I would recommend them to anyone.
